Very frustrating. I can't log into my Amazon account because the Mall for Africa pop-up keeps interrupting me. I do not want to have to search for all the items which are already in my cart because I'm forced to use your page. Makes the app less intuitive. I see that it's a recurring complaint. Mall for Africa, if people wanted to use the Chrome extension, they would. Since people seem to prefer using your app, fix this and give your clients a seamless experience instead of avoiding the issue.

From the start, it is a beautiful app, quite organised. But you reach the crossroads when you actually try to log in to the stores, in my case, amazon. A window pops up (not an ad, it's in app built) time and again reminding you of what you should do, it interupts the entire login process over and over again. And then you find you cant do anything.

Freezing at launch after the update. Unusable. Issue was fixed. New issue is that the service is becoming really bad and slow .It takes two days to process your order until the items become unavailable. Oh.. And shipping prices are really high now...

As stated by many, this used to be a fantastic app and an ideal way to shop overseas. Currently one cannot use the app to login to their own account and proceed with shopping, honestly this is a huge step backwards. You also cannot access or shop from ebay because you can't access your account. Honestly fix the app, or return the old one. Major fail.

I've been using this app for years now, bought many items and introduced many friends. One outstanding sore point remains the refusal of developers to give options for users to take advantages of promo codes to make purchases during special promos and sales. An app with huge potential but failed largely due to lack of focus on customer experience improvements.

The app developers need to work on it. The bugs are still a lot. When you're scrolling, it gets to a point instead of moving on keeps going back to show you the things you've already viewed, that gets annoying fast

App needs another update. Along with the dhl eshop. They seem to have all sorts of issues on newer android OS. Loading cart or attempting to checkout takes forever... Wasn't experienced in v3.x It's a bit frustrating how the app forces one to update Samsung Galaxy s10. Android 9. Same thing was happening with s9.

Loads forever. When you download the app for the first time it works fine and thereafter keeps showing "please wait" with the spinner and never loads the home page. I've had to uninstall it for more than five times now. Apart from this, it should have been a very good app

I used this app for a while. Did not mind the expensive shipping rates and black market price of buying the dollars. Was off for a while and when I wanted to use the app, I discovered the money I had had been wiped off. Wrote about 2 mails did not get a reply.

If it was possible, I'll rate no star at all! I've been trying to shop for almost a year now, but I can't check out because it can't seem to go beyond reviewing the cart. It doesn't go further. After waiting for hours, it just restarts! I'm fed up! 😭😭😭. To make it worse, the WhatsApp helpline can't even offer any help! 😢. My money is just tied down there. 😡😡😠😠. VERY ANNOYING APP! VERY VERY ANNOYING 😠😠😠. P.S : I'm trying to shop from amazon!

Never using this app in my life again. Took ne almost two weeks before I could finally place an order. Bugs everywhere. By the time I finally made my order, an item was already out of stock. I placed my order with my bank account but now I've been issued a refund to my webcard and I can't access that money unless I'm using it to place another order. So I don't get to decide how my own money comes back to me? Now to get it back into my account I'm being asked for an ID and it'll take 7-10 days!!

If you are buying a lot of items.... definitely a good place but single items that are less than $15, not worth it. Tried getting $12 pair of glasses. Total came to $31. Paying over double just to ship them in. Definitely taking a risk with eBay. This is too much.

One cannot continue from where you left off if you close the app. So many great stores are taking off gradually without any good reason, visit/usage rate or notice. Most of the stores available are top stores where you can buy the best things. Are you still rewarding customers with your web card...? I am not sure there is any significant benefit if one uses it. I would provide more reviews if I observe any other key thing.

The app is all buggy, won't let you login to your preferred store because the "checkout/review cart" dialogue keeps popping up and won't go away and no matter what option you choose, it keeps taking you back over and over. Totally unusable app.

I can't even sign in without the "continue shopping, review cart, start all over ..." pop up taking over the whole screen, basically I can't even use the app without that annoying pop up coming up all the time. Fix it

I cant find out how much my items from Amazon will cost after shipping and convenience, etc. are included. The app says "we are preparing your amazing cart," then nothing happens. Fix this please, it's extremely irritating.

I think its a scam, i placed an order since 2nd of November and i keep getting the same updates that waiting for item from merchant at first it was not processed and when i sent a mail concerning it, I have been waiting, please if you have used it and your item was delivered i will like to know, so far i have only seen negative reviews onlike shoptomydoor Finally the item came after a month, i was happy and decided to give them another try, only to be disappointed,

Unable to sign in to an existing account, attempt to log in on Mobile is blocked by a MFA pop-up which cycles back to Shopping without allowing sign-in. Your answer is appreciated but you're telling me to log in when my issue is that I cannot log in. Your second response tells me I must sign in on PC, which I have already done, but still can't log in on Mobile. Please redesign your app so it actually works, if I can't log in then it's useless.

Review cart takes forever and never gets completed. When it progresses, error message reads change currency to USD. App not easy to use. Has issues that need to be fixed

3 star for the idea..1 star for the execution. Average 2. 1. The button add to cart and checkout was working before I signed in. After signing in and topping my account, I can't proceed. Is my money lost?🧐. 2. There's no option to view my cart after closing and reopening the app 3. My money😡

I was good with the old version, then I went ahead to update the application in order to reduce the bugs but now it's even worst than before because now I can't even log in to my account. I guess I will have to withdraw my four stars to no star at all. very poor version, I wish I never updated it.

It used to be a fantastic app, but now, I can't shop well on Amazon without Amazon demanding that I log in and the Mall for Africa check-out options won't allow that. I've not been able to use this app for months. I better look for alternatives cos I can see same complains here as well. Not nice.

Your app is terrible.!! It offers a very painful shopping experience. The order of navigation is very poor and even after selecting items, it keeps telling me my cart is empty.

Close to a full year and the amazon sign in issue has yet to be resolved. Support's solution is "use the chrome extension", in which case why do we need the app then? Please fix this. Its really frustrating.

I've used this app long time ago to order and it was Fantastic. But of recent I can't sign into my account. Can't register a new account as well. I don't know why. Secondly I can't shop from different stores before checking out. Please why is that?? Thank you

I'm trying to create an account but it keeps saying I should enter a valid email address under the referral email. I dont understand what that means because I've put an email address and it's still giving the same message.

This is the most useless and stupid app developer of all time. It's a total waste of MB . You want to Login to The different Marchant sites, mall for Africa pops up, then if u want to checkout the mall for Africa pops up, if u want to review basket it will tell u basket is empty
