Bought my bed and base in 2020 had no problems, until the remote that came with the base stopped working/ the base stopped recognizing it. The saving grace to the remote not working was the app which worked relatively fine. After an app update the app started having issues with not connecting After downloading the most recent version last night; I can no longer use the app because it will not open . The app crashes immediately. I have tried reinstalling the app, but the same issue persists.

This app doesn't work half the time on Android devices, and it doesn't have the ONLY setting I want, which is the option for the bed to raise itself at a stt time as an alarm clock. When it doesn't work I have to delete the app and reinstall it. Very frustrating!

Horrible connection! The app randomly stops and without the remote, my bed is stuck in this position. Make sure you keep up with your remote, you can't depend on this app!

Worst app EVER Highly unreliable and loses connection constantly. The only way to fix it is to uninstall and reinstall the app which I do DAILY. My remote quit working less than a year after buying the bed. I am disabled with back issues and need the bed adjusted often. This ridiculous and frustrating app is my only option since the remote sucks too. What a waste of money which I don't have on a fixed income.

Doesn't work after less than 4 months. I paid way too much money for this m555 to stop working. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and it still doesn't work and keeps crashing every time you try to open the app🤬

App does not properly support the new S755, recognizing it as an M555. As such, much of my base's functionality is lost. I'm sure this will be corrected soon, as the S750's successor is only just hitting the market, but until proper app support is added I can only rate this as 1 star. UPDATE: The app has been updated with full support for the S755, but some features, namely the programmable position alarm, appear to have been removed for all frames. This was a selling point at purchase.

My bed will not connect. Remote went out shortly after purchase...trying to use the app now. I've deleted the app several times, unplugged my bed, pressed the paid button with every attempt to pair to every single bed listed on the app, turned Bluetooth off and on. Even tried pairing to the split beds to see if it would work even though I have a single frame. I'm pretty tech savvy and usually know alternate routes to make something work but no matter what I do, my base has become a paper weight

While the functions are handy when it works, this app continuously has a no connection error which is ONLY fixed by deleting the frame setup or turning bluetooth off and on. Error message says to click link for help but no link. You cannot select the S755 during setup you have to go change it in settings afterwards. Strange choice to not have your best frame in the setup but whatever. For the cost of the frames you might not want to have such a weak app.

App SUCKS!!!!!!! Was only able to connect to M555 one time for both my bases. After setting up both bases and connecting via Bluetooth tried using anti-snore feature. One base worked fine while the other base operated randomly. Then suddenly both bases disconnected in the app. Uninstalled and reinstalled app several times and bluetooth will not find base and app wont find base to connect.

Love this app! Very smooth. One hiccup I wanted to inform you of is this: I'm an RSA so I use this app to show off all the features to customers. I only have our S-750's hooked up to the app. Whenever I exit the bed controls to show a client the dark mode menu, it resets my model type to the M-550. So in order to get my lumbar and head tilt controls back, I have to go back to the settings menu and reselect the 750 which takes time. During a sales pitch every second is gold.

Download the app, worked for about 1 minute then it stopped. It said threre was contivity issues, nothing for about one minute then all hell broke loose, the app took over and in jerky motion it slowly tried to fold me like a taco. My husband unplugged the demon got back in bed then his side proceeded to do the same to him. The only thing that put an end to the demon possed bed is deleting the app.

Update: I was able to set the alarm, but can't get the alarm to deactivate. I had set the alarm for very early last week to try, and it worked. I didn't need to wake up that early the next day so I turned the alarm off but it still went off the next morning which was really annoying. I deleted the alarm completely, and the next morning it STILL went off so we unplugged the base. Very poor app build!

This app is awesome. I always tend to lose my remote rendering my adjustable base useless, but I always have my phone next to me. It found and connected to the base easily and works great. I love the alarm app. I wake up early in the mornings and it is so nice to just have it quietly sit me up vs. a loud alarm that wakes the kids and my wife.

Hey devs, looking good. Please include an option to set bed position at a particular time. I'd love to be able to go to sleep with the base in say zero-g but move to flat at midnight. I believe this is more or less the alarm feature, but please make it available for other frames.

Can't use it. We have a split head. Setup was a breeze. But now I try to change my settings and both sides move. Wife gets on my case. I try to move 'us' back and only my side moves. OK, now it's ready. I pick a new position... we both move. More wife comments. Rinse/repeat for an hour. Uninstalled, I'll just use the remote. Honestly I was only here for the snore detection the salesman promised, but I don't even see that feature. Guess that was some other base.

This is messed up, it controls both sides at the same time or only one at a time but I never know which bed its going to control! So frustrating. Hope they fix this. The idea is great.

it needs location turned on. I keep getting system notifications about background data usage from this app. if I turn location off the app crashes. (app not responding message). why does a app for a bed need location data? I don't move my bed. I use a queen e455

Completely worthless. Works during test when you are trying to add your bed, but does nothing once bed is added, none of the buttons work.

I have the m555. When I try to pair with it by selecting m555, it went pair. But, if I slept E455, it will pair. But then I can change the model to m555 to unlock the rest of the functions. But then if the app closes and reopens, I'm back to the e455 settings. This is with a Samsung Galaxy 8 on t mobile

I have the M555 split king. The bed is great, the app not so much. Missing the alarm function , and will only control both sides of the bed and will not let me control just one side.
