Saw this pod at the aquarium we went to and thought it was a cool idea! I didn't need the pod, but was able to access it with ease there. I wanted to gain more information and see where other pods are located just in case I need one in the future. Unfortunately, after downloading the app, I can't even create an account because it won't pull my keyboard up. Highly suggest getting that bug fixed so that the pods can be fully accessible!
Worst ever!! I would give zero if i could! Airport was a nightmare, took 30 min for someone to help me after I spent time trying to figure out this app.
Thought this looked great, except the pod would not open, the code provided by the app as a back up would not unlock the door and instead of being a convenient relaxing experience, it was juat an aggravating waste of time. (tried the pod at Pearson airport gate D22 and yes it was unnocupied). This does look like an awesome idea, the one star is for the app for not working as it should and does not reflect the pod.
App won't let me sign in! Keep glitching and won't open my keyboard on my phone than says mamava is unavailable! So now I can't use the pod that's right next to my store at the mall!
First time flying with my little girl - so relieved to find the pod & the app to feed her in peace! Love that the app unlocks the pod & all the features!
This is absolutely amazing! What a time that we live in ... this is a luxury indeed and I really enjoyed having privacy😊 The app needs a little work ... but I believe it will get better with time and more users. For instance there is not a clear HELP section.
Great concept and these private places to breastfeed or pump are amazing!!!! I had some trouble getting the app to fully work. The area was so helpful at a convention center at an event with 22,000+ people. Nice to have a place to privately and safely feed my baby.
The idea is good, but a completely rubbish app & experience. Signed in for 2 accounts and none of them worked at the airports, either in Toronto or Atlanta... just when you need a nursing area, you're stuck outside a pod with a crying baby hoping that this app will work... but sadly no. So frustrating!
The closest one is almost an hour away....I live in Modesto, one of the bigger cities in the central valley and you're telling me the closest one to me is in Tracy?! I appreciate the fact that these pods exist. Trust me. But there's not a single one in my city at all. Since people are considering Tracy a bay area city now I decided to look further west on the map and discover tons and tons on the bay. Tourist areas... ? Seriously... ?
This app saved our day to see Santa with my oldest! I thought I wouldn't be able to take her but was able to pump twice in the mamava pod at the train station and found out FAO Schwarz in Rockefeller Center has a wonderful lactation room thanks to this app. What a difference from when I had my first and couldn't visit friends in the city for a year because I didn't know where I could find places to pump. Thank you thank you!
I really appreciated finding a pod in the busy and unaccomodating Atlanta airport, where I couldn't find a quiet corner by any gate or wall, to feed the baby. the negative part, it took about 10 min up install and to get the code, while the baby was already exhausted and crying. also, I couldn't fit the stroller inside, and couldn't leave it outside for 10 min, so I had to move the trash can up and was squeezed in quite uncomfortably. but I was grateful to find somewhere to feed her.
Standing in front of stupid pod at the airport with screaming baby (refusing to feed under nursing cover all of a sudden), only to find out that I need to download an app to open it. Downloaded app but it refused to work to sign in or sign up with any email or fb account. Awesome.
any email address I try to set up my account says it's currently being used. the idea behind this App and feeding station is AWESOME. but with a screaming 3 month old at the airport trying to register an account went unsuccessful.
Great idea, and well thought out! Needed a private place for my wife to feed the baby and it was quite pleasant experience. Had to download the app and create an account which is a bit of hassle but it is understandable since it should only be used for nursing parent. Will definitely keep the app and use it next time!
Horrible service. Not only does the app have difficulty installing it's not compatible with many phones. After it finally installed you have to make an account. Doesn't work if you have a hungry crying baby.
Cannot even get this app to stay open! Keeps crashing. Super disappointing and annoying, especially when you really need these services!
great concept, didn't know this existed until landing in philly terminal f. the pod couldn't be located with gps or bluetooth. did a manual search, found it but it wouldn't unlock!
I'm a first find mom at the Burbank airport traveling alone with an infant. I'm incredibly appreciative that this pod was available to use because my flight has been delayed twice now and I've been here an additional 3 hours because of it. I can feed my baby and change his diaper here. Thank God.
This app is of no use. I needed place to pump, and nobody in whole fortlauderdale florida airport knew how to unlock. and they dont receive phone calls neither their employees work in evening. worst experience. why do you have to keep such hard way to unlock baby oasis.
This app has been so helpful for pumping while traveling.
The pods are great but the app not so much. The main reason for me getting the app was to know if the pod at my work would be open or occupied for pumping. This way I would save myself a trip if the pod was occupied. The app never tells when it's occupied. So I leave my work station, get my supplies, make the hike to the pod only to find its occupied when the app has no indication of it being so. It does tell me it's occupied when I am in it. That's not helpful.
