### Some examples of our HIIT workouts:


- To the One: complete 10 laps of an inverted pyramid of functional exercises (e.g. burpees, squats, plank, push ups). Starting at 10 reps of each exercise and doing one rep less each lap.
- Tabata routine: complete 8 series of 20 seconds of activity with 10 seconds rest in between each series of a functional exercise (e.g. side to side squats), then do another tabata of an exercise from a different family (e.g. plank spider) and finally a third tabata of an exercise of a third family (e.g. hindu push ups. Rest 1 minute in between each tabata.
- Hard Stop: complete as fast as possible a high number of repetitions of an exercise (e.g. 100 burpees with frog jump. Every time you need to rest do 30 seconds of plank.
- Paleo Run: complete 2 laps of a given number of repetitions of 6 exercises from different families (e.g. surfer, plio jump, side burpees, lateral gunman squat, plank pivot, squat jump). Run 1 minute after each exercise.

I have rings program, generally it works fine, one big issue is when you go back your progress is not stored so you can loose the complete session info. Today the app stop working, it's siply loading and will not open. Can you please help here?

It's complicated to use, the menu is a mess. Maybe it requires me to buy premium to clean the app. The workouts are weird, it just throws you your next workout but doesn't explain if it's supposed to be one daily or why is it of different length and difficulty. So far you just have to trust that what this app recommends you is the best advice you can get developed by years of research. Well I'd just like a few explanations included in the app.

I have subscribed for the pro version just to try first as they have 14 days trial periode, but then they charged me for full year. My wife has one year subscription already so we think it's enough with one subscription. Be careful when you want to try the trial version! On the other side, in the video they said to eat maximum 30 gr carbohydrate but in the daily menu is always more than 30 gr, it contradicts each other.

I love the idea of the "Mammoth Hunters" and really related to it, so I downloaded this app. The app itself is about what I would expect from any other fitness app though. I can log my workouts and it does give exercise videos. Suggested workouts are ok. However, I'm trying to figure out exactly where the Mammoth Hunters are in the videos because they are some guy doing exercises on a beach lined with condos, not much prehistoric wilderness inspiration there. 4/5 stars

I bought 2 programs with them more than a year ago and since they changed the app I can't acces them (there's a paywall that forces you to subscribe to the pro version). They sent an email saying they were going to fix that but I still have the same problem. I messaged them and months later I still haven't received an answer.

The app used to be awesome. It seems that the team gave up, as the product hunt doesn't have a lot going on either. Facebook login API was revoked, no updates since 2018. This could have been so much more, especially with the rise of paleo and keto diets.

First workout. It didn't download any video, so I had to go out the app, look in YouTube for the exercise and come back to the workout. I'm not happy with the app, but I will try again and check if happens all the time.

A very useful app that helped me keep up with my training. It is perfect for people who don't have much time to go to the gym but still want to excercize regularelly. I can't speak for the premeum pack but the free stuf is pretty useful too. I'd recommend it. Good luck! :)

Looks like this app is meant only for those seeking to loose weight. With my high and weight the app thinks I'm Floyd Myweather Jr, but I'm not. I want to gain weight, muscle and loose a bit of fat. It's also been pushing me up in levels and trainings are too hard for me now..
