Appointment bookings are secure and in real time. Your trusted doctor’s available time slots can be viewed from the app and you can choose the date, time and location to suit your convenience. Booking can be done 24/7 anytime, anywhere. You will receive reminders of your upcoming appointments and can view previous appointments. Reschedule or cancel your appointments through the app (within specified time limits).
Chat with your trusted doctor. Maybe you have a quick question that doesn’t need a trip down to the doctor. Your trusted doctor knows you and your medical history. He or she will be the best person to give you advice. With MaNaDr, you can quickly open a chat or a video consult with your trusted doctor. At the end of the chat, get a summary report from your doctor.
Need a home visit? Not just a doctor’s visit, but perhaps for nursing care, physiotherapy or other home care services? Look for your trusted doctor’s home care provider and book an appointment directly.
Children and the elderly without mobile devices are not left out. Add them as your family or friends and book appointments on their behalf.

Application is very useful. But, when I want to give feedback on the service provided upon the notification, it did not have any effect. Anyways, want to give 5* for service provided by Asira and Dr.Zang
Installed and entered my SG phone number but haven't received the OTP code even after several retries. Also tried the call verification option - no call received. I see another recent reviewer had the same problem.
Don't waste time, data and space. OTP nor call back does not work after multiple tries.
31 May 2022 $11 for a supervised ART for PDT into US. Wait time was a few minutes, just leave the phone there till the next available staff comes on. Hassle-free and easy! Highly recommended.
Your doctor was condescending, did not read or acknowledge any of the 11 messages i sent, just called me up and bluntly asked me questions that I already provided answers for in my messages. Then told me in a dismissive, bordering on condescending, tone that he could not help. All the while he did not even look at me on the screen and continued labelling his lab specimens for a job he was rather obviously moonlighting on. Also found out he's faced multiple charges for misconduct before. Avoid!
Easy to use can avoid waiting on phone to speak to receiptonist.

Appreciate the service recovery by Dr Siaw and Alfred. Despite the staff's faults and inability to understand, Alfred was quick to rectify the issues impeccably. I will continue to use this app for my relevant healthcare needs.

This is very cool app. Due to current covid cases, I used this app to get an online consultation from a doctor. Dr Wong Choo Wai who is very experienced doctor, via video call to interpret my son blood test report page by page and gave a recommendation too. Highly recommended to use this app to see a doctor.

It is really a time saver to que in lines at clinic. Doctors through out Singapore can be consulted. So why not.
Tried Mana Dr for the first time and I was super happy with getting a call from the doct in less than 5 mins.. doct was super understanding and I had my MC right aft the video call ended

Images can't be sent, even after giving storage permission. Images can't be downloaded. Message typed isn't sent. I have to exit the chat, and enter again and type and send again. Very poor experience.
There is a bug in the app. Medical history section cannot be edited. There is no Save button, so all the inserted information is lost when going back.
