This app used to be brilliant and easy to use. Since the last major update is fine rubbish. It's almost impossible to book an appointment anymore as the option to select an individual doctor at my practice has gone. Now the calendar takes ages to load each day and if the doctor you want is not available you've got to pick another day and wait ages again. Please put it back to how it was!
Honestly it used to be really good, now it's below average. If I go to book appointment it goes between 'contact your provider' to just loading and not being able to do anything else. At this point I don't know why I have the app, it's absolutely useless
I love the app, it's easy to use. Only issue I have is: whenever I try to book an appointment, the loading circle or whatever it's call is stuck, covering the screen so I can't click on anything.
Great app but when i try to view my angiogram results it only shows half the page even when i try to move the screen over and that's after i have rotated screen to landscape.
Was very good before, but after the latest update its almost useless as nothing works anymore. And the layout became ugly too. The developers favorite colour seems to be orange...
Still cannot sign in after re-installing. I rely on this app to access my medical records and it is unbelievable to me that it has been literally unusable for MONTHS.

This app is easy to navigate. Labels are easy to follow. Provides good on formation. Esthetically, it a nice for the eye.
This app is not letting me sign in. I enter my email address and password but nothing happens. Not even an error message. Poor response from MMH Global despite explaining that I can log in to MMH account, just NOT this app. Please fix or provide a solution.
I love this App as it gives me the important medical information that I need. However I would like to ask the developers to please put back the RED highlighter for blood test that are out of the normal range.
Have just updated this app, major improvement specifically access to results much much better thanks. Details are good easy to read and way better than the old version that's for sure, next time will try the bookings see if that's improved cheers thanks
Can't book appointments in the app because of covid situation, that's why it keeps prompting people to call the healthcare provider directly, so basically the app is useless.
Such a useful tool but unfortunately very unreliable. Just tried to make an appointment but app keeps hanging.
Took option for version update and won't login. No error message or anything. What a badly written app
This is a brilliant app! The Layout is designed well, it's very easy to use, everything is clear and labelled accordingly. Booking an appointment has never been easier; you can see available doctors, times and prices; you also get a conformation message for your appointment. If you have concerns or want to log an injury or illness you can, you can also make it private or you can make it so you and the doctor can see it.
New update is so slow, times out when I go to book appointments.

Needs to remember the password and use a fingerprint or pin. The app identifies itself as localhost which makes using a password manager frustrating. This app is trying to be secure, but will only make it less secure as people are forced into using simple passwords.
It works but the GUI is a sub- standard mess. No fingerprint unlock. No Pin option. Perhaps hire some decent app. devs. to bring this to an acceptable standard, looks like its done at a high school project. Have a look at the southern cross app, that's how a decent app should look and work. After update still no biometric login, just a change if color. Pathetic.
There's no way to save your password, so it takes longer than needed to use the app. UI is fairly outdated, and could do with a cleanup. The book appointment feature is pretty redundant, seeing as I can't book an appointment, or schedule one in the future.
Slowness is not big issue but if you want to book an appointment, you have to go to 10 different doctors and 10 times with 4 questions about covid! So annoying and so slow! Booking appointment is just takes forever! Poorly designed and maintained app!
I have this app on my desktop & on my phone but cannot access it on my phone. I have contacted the developers TWICE by email and have received no assistanc at all. I travel & need to contact my GP regularly for health reasons & find this lack of interest in my problem totally unacceptable. For the reasons outlined, I believe this app cannot be relied on.
I used to like this app but since the 'upgrade' a few weeks ago it has become almost impossible to book appointments through it. The little circle thing just spins and spins and because it defaults to the next day first you have to try again for the date you want and hang again while the circle spins and spins yet again. Very disappointing.
