Manager Watch Face

I have an issue with apps wasting my time. I got this watch face specifically for the moon phase Apparently that is a premium feature but it doesn't show anywhere away to pay for premium. I've been all over this app there is no where it says to pay for premium features. Also there is no on-off button for the the specific complications you wish to display. You can only tap it and it says now displaying or already displayed.

Like it but cannot find where to buy the premium and access all the options. Link it to PlayStore with no message to follow up. Why make it so difficult? And NO, the Premium option is not on the bottom of the Settings menu.

Doesn't work. Never able to connect to the watch. Crazy level of permissions and access to personal information requested as well

Great watch face. First I've ever actually paid for and a few weeks in, I'm very happy. No issues with purchasing premium (as mentioned by other reviews). All complications are accurate and work as expected, except the moon phase graphic at the bottom left. Seems to only show half moon, even though we're only a day or so away from the full moon. We'll see if it changes in the next week. Fixing that small issue would put it at 5 stars (would've done 4.5 if I could). Still highly recommend.

I only gave it 2 stars because I like the look of the face. But it is totally useless when it comes to function. It will NOT show the information that it is set up for ie: steps and distance and others. Even though you select miles it shows in metric. Have installed, uninstalled multiple time and it will not work. If you want just a watch you are good to go otherwise pass on this one. BTW, I purchased the premium.

Very beautiful watchface but unfortunately doesn't work as expected. It has a companion app but the app does not have save settings button. Also the app on the watch keeps asking for permission to Google Fit data and I keep taping gray X since I don't care about fitness information but it still keeps asking. It would be much easier to be able to configure it with companion app only but as I said it has no save option. To make it even better and worth paying for it should be possible to choose which information you want to be displayed so all available space will be taken by necessary information

Really like this face. Displays so much info in a clean and uncluttered manner with emphasis on the most important thing for watch ie: the time. Only thing I could think of adding is an option to hide less important things like the moon phases. Other than that it's a great widget style face definitely worth the price for the paid version.

I like this Watch face a lot but I can't get premium access option right now. I have Samsung Galaxy Watch 4. Is it a compatibility issue because it runs on Wear OS 3.2? Please support.

Was working great on premium , but after resetting phone (Ticwatch Pro) data will only show from phone (no distance info though) and when switching to wear option no data appears at all, and I am using the same account . If I do what you suggest I lose more info and only the steps data shows. Fix / update has worked . many thanks

This app is great to look at ,could do with heart rate on screen, but the main problem is it doesn't seem to update activity totals regularly or live. ive had to open up the manager app to get the screen to update totals,and even then totals don't always seem to correspond to Googles totals. Using Huawei watch 2. Paid version Innacurate readings of steps,calories and distance. Temperature off too. not sure where the totals are coming from.

Without a doubt my favorite watchface so far! My only complaint is that the distance and calories will not sync to google fit on either of my watches when sourcing the wearable. Both watches have google fit installed and are working fine. When I source the phone, the step info is missing... but the distance and calories match my phone. Edited for support response: Already have all those enabled....still doesn't work ONLY on this app. Your other apps seem to work. Follow up Dec 15 - fixed! Yeah!

I love this watch face except for two things. I would like to see date format added to the basic settings. This would allow the selection of either month first or day first. The standard format in the United States is always to put month first. Thus, it is confusing to see day first. Also, I would like to see phone battery percentage replace the field right below the watch battery percentage field.

I am having similar issues as other users who purchased the premium version. Steps and miles will not record even after reinstalling app on device and phone.

like the design but can't get the fit data from the watch to show, only from the phone, it shows all zeros on watch face which is no good for me and yes everything is connected- Bluetooth, WiFi ect . and I'm using Same account on both, please fix! im using a Huawei watch 2, I've done what you suggested but it's still not right, I'm disappointed!forget it I've done all you said , it's a shame i liked it just disappointed paying extra for something that Doesn't work

There is no way shown on the app on how to connect it to your watch you can go up and down but nothing to be done !

i really like this watch face but can't get it to stick on my Fossil Q Explorer Gen 4. it flickers and then switches to a grey screen with no data except time - very annoying as it worked fine on my Ticwtch pro. have had to uninstall as doesn't work. in answer tobyou questions. yrs, i have pkat store ibstalled and yes, its connected to my phone. the version is/was whichever version was on the play store - so I guess it was the latest version.

Looks nice but you can't change ANY of the complications ie fields in the free version on a TicWatch Pro. The developer seems to be saying all the features are "remaining" which is bit bizar as "remaining" normally implies there's some other group that something applies to but this does not seem to be the case here 🤔. The developer needs to be clear the Manage Your Watch face function / picture only applies to the Premium Edition as highlihted on the other pictures where this is the case.

That did not help. Wear OS 2.0

Decent watch face. I purchased the premium version and had no issues. Got a new phone and had to unpair and reset the watch to the new phone and it wouldn't install the premium version without me paying for it again. Customer service was very helpful in resolving the issue and now I'm back up and running. Very happy with this watch face.

Must buy premium for face on watch itself after systems reboot works well love all the info displayed and interactive shortcuts on info feilds.

Seems to be a running issue with all the SOOON watches I've used. Good design, but the functions tied to Google Fit don't work. Downloaded for watch and companion app on phone. Companion app says everything is connected, and I can see my google fit info there, but it doesn't go to my watch. Waited multiple hours.

Premium features do not work when trying to change the complications on the app in the Samsung phone, the watch face on the watch says that I already have the premium features purchased. No option to change them the watch directly. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app atleast three times, but still no luck. Waste of money and time... applied for a full refund!!
