Used throughout 2021 with issue after issue. It last synced 1/9/22 and has since stopped and will not manually sync either. The "Help" button is nonfunctional. I use this App for health benefits from an employer, so if it doesn't work I don't earn my benefit. Really a terrible piece of tech.
I had some issues with the app when Google fit updated. Support was quite understanding and eventually got me the details to correct the issue. Since I use the app for employer wellness rewards it is great to be up and running in app again. Thanks
Haven't been able to sync it to Google Fit all week. It is required for health insurance premiums but doesn't work.
The primary purpose of this app (as opposed to using the web site) is to connect a step tracker. It refuses to sync to the Google fit app. Therefore, it is useless to me.
I am having some problems today. My app won't load and keeps flickering without loading. I need this for work benefits. How do I fix it??
App will not let me log in to start. Keeps saying I need a better Internet connection and try later. Was going to use for work.

Had Google Fit connected as tracker, am now trying to use a Fitbit and the process to change linked tracker had odd instructions (unsync data sharing in settings?), was frustrating, and now my Fitbit isn't automatically syncing with the app. It shouldn't be this difficult. App UI feels dated, not enjoyable to use.
