Don't use this company for gold loan, they are liars and give less money, the app says different and when u go to the store to collect money they lie about internet not working, very unprofessional people, do not use mannapppuram at all. It has been more than a week since I have given my bank details but they have failed to add my bank details.and i have sent 2 emails days ago but did not get any response. They are not uploading my bank details that is the concern, it's very simple.
very use. easy to take amount and easy to pay interet and principal amount. but some time hang....
Application is very esay very usefull.. But last month my two gold auction.. Without information for auction. I complaint to CRM Department. But No use.. Very Carless Answer for Employee...
We can't able to online re pledge the jewel, in this app. It's always returns to main login page

App performance is very slow, always challenging to handle any activity, sometimes whole day goes in vain, do something. I've been facing severity since a month. After long time of attempt reaults to "invalid login" most of the time.

Pls don't give jewels to manapupuram gold . If u buy for 3lakh giving gold, if incase in 30 days u won't pay intrest the 31st day u will charged the double amount to pay. Like if 3k is intrest for 30 days the for 31st day u have to pay 6k intrest. They won't explain this all. So pls don't buy here.

Everytime I tried to login it shows no data found and you people will say reinstall it I have done that also.you people will say mail us what is the use to mail you guys waste of time it's not I'm having problem with that application everyone is havingthe same issue and how can you ask 5star rating and we don't know how you people trying to manage 4.4 rating on playstore. worst app I have ever seen try to solve this issue as fast as you can

Worst app. OGL app crashed or what! I don't know. App is not working. Today was the last date to repledge my gold loan amount and I am not able to do it. Message is popping when I try to login that " something went wrong ".

Experience very bad. Fraud at manapuram with employees taken money but not Repledge and without my notice they changed password. How it is acceptable. Call to so many times to toll free but they saying it will not happen. They keeping aside my phone. You can check my calls and timings.
