Absolute rubbish. Flights don't update, notifications don't come for arrivals on the day but then you get a notification days later. Like the rest of the service at Manchester Airport it's an absolute shambles.
Nothing is obvious in this app. Maps are non existent. How to find out which companies depart from which terminal is not obvious. With the current issues of the whole airport being understaffed, this just adds to Manchester airport woes. Dare I say say it, I also prefered the airport before the billion pound upgrade...
Completely pointless app, lacks the basic features that would make it worth downloading at all. Your bookings/QR codes aren't stored in the app so you have to go to your email to retrieve them. And if you try to use the feedback form to request a feature you just get an error when trying to submit.
App has been updated so you are now able to search for flights using their flight number. Big improvement. Three things I'd adjust, but they are minor things. Not enough space to write them in here, so will send an email. But greatly improved by being able to search using the flight number, thank you.
Exclusive offers section just gives unknown error message when trying to register email address. Many reviews on Play Store saying same, contacted Manchester Airport via complaint link, heard nothing after a week. Emailed app developer, nothing, will book through Holiday Extras instead!
Don't waste your time!! It doesn't work. The "exclusive" app offers section asks you to put an email address in to unlock offers, but it just says an unknown error has occurred.
Can sign up for 'offers' as when you enter any email it says unknown error occurred. I only downloaded this app to us the 50% offer, so it's entirely useless
Trying to look at airport map. All it does is throw out an error message! What's the point of an app that doesn't do the basics?
Rubbish app. Just shows TBC for most flights. Useless for people trying to run a business picking clients up from the airport. Needs to be sorted as soon as possible.
Poor why can I not login and stay logged in so I can see all my bookings. Why today's booking is not displayed when I do login. Found it in past bookings. App is very poor and gate announcements are about 10 minutes behind the boards in the airport
Not happy with app. Can't store anything I have payed for and when but email in for discount codes there is always and error
Totally pointless as you can't search by flight number, at least on the old one you could also the older one looked more professional.
works fine on android 9. despite warning that is was written for an older version. notifications appear when and where they should.
Does not keep you up to date for flights landing and expected arrival time. Either something is broken or its just useless.
New T2 is a disaster. 70 minute queue to get through security! New T2 carpark is hopeless. Tight spaces and the exit point is flawed. Took us 25 minutes to exit. Complete joke. £1billion was spent on this! The design is flawed on so many levels.
I have no idea what people are doing with this app. I have booked parking and can access the security fast-track QR codes from my account on the app. Just need to log in.
No longer responds to searches for flights. That's the most important feature for me. I hope a future update will restore this app to its former glory.
Made far more complex than it was. Practically useless. Bring the old one back. Can't even search by flight.
Do not use this app. Think most people will use it to be notified which gate your flight is but the app does not update and you can just be sat there thinking your gate is not ready. Rubbish.
Use it every week, however it would be good to easily see all my bookings past present and future in my account without having to know the number to find it.
Doesn't even show all flights accurately. Waste of space. Checking today's departures, doesn't show all the flights.

The old app allowed me to search for a flight arrivals number and it would give information on terminal and time. This function is not included on this update
Apps fundamentally OK, but has no dual authentication on payments that means a lot of credit cards can't be used to pay. A lot of information is un clear and I can't even work out how to manage my account. All in all its not an awesome customer experience
