I got 118 error notices repeatedly these past few days while trying to transfer money and forced close. It said I must check my Internet connection to continue the process but my connection was fine and there was no problem with another app. But when I checked my inbox, the money transferred already. Please fix this issue as soon as possible. My money almost transferred twice.
i use this app, most all my device can run it very well. first thing to do, just sign up your mobile number through atm, then open you app at first time need to authenticate your number, make sure there's internet connection and Mobile balance. when this authenticated, the apps will download new version. then finaly u can use after entering apps password. enjoy your day
The worst mobile banking on my life.. among the all banks i used wither in Indonesia or other countries. Suddenly the bank's online system down, facing error of 'otentifikasi' & the worst when u ask the customer service will reply u simply the problem is with ur Internet connection! They don't want to admit they do have problem.. which is not 1st time happen.
When you open this app, it shows you home menu contains log in, currency, nearby ATM, etc. When I navigate through it, it gives me headache for being oversensitive, simple slide and it does slide too much in which I have to drag slowly for my desired menu to appear. And plz fix error notification when user idle, the app says it stopped working but it actually autoclose for certain period of time. Also pls improve the icon and GUI, the design gives me a 90's feelings. Best regards
This app is literally came from 5 years ago. How come a big bank like Mandiri didn't update their old fashioned app. This app has lackluster usability, even though the functions are delivered but somehow I found unsatisfying. Also the answer is effin TEMPLATE
I used an android phone hmm I think the OS is around 4.0 or something. The 2nd device is Galaxy Tab S2 and I just couldn't enter the application. It keeps saying "optimizing" or something. For the alternative that the company has suggested (*141 *6#), the processing charge is up to Rp1000 from my phone credit. Soooo annoying :(
I have been using this app for years but it has been twice that i experienced the app refused my log in. It keeps saying that my authentication process not succeeded. I had to uninstall and reinstall the app to make it work again.
I love this app because it makes more efficient to transaction. Until I have a problem. When I want to sign in today, it says the authentication process failed. I've been using this number for 6 years and there was no problem. Please help me because this app is essential for me
Just wiped my phone, and redownload this app. But I cant pay electricity PLN prabayar and buy credit phone. Some of features are not working.

Problem with z5 dual, it chose a wrong sim to send the transaction message, already set default sim for SMS but transaction is still rejected due to unregistered number
It's been working well for me, dunno why the other said it didnt work, one advice tho maybe you could make a better interface so it will attract more people, the current one is just plain boring to see

I can't activate it, stucked and always said error 103. Complained to Mandiri Customer Service, i was referred to use another application Mandiri Online which is more complicated
Installing this was a mistake. Using this will make you use your money faster because how easy this app to use to help you with payment, etc.

I am still confused. I want to perform transactions such as transfers, but could not. said that "the transaction is rejected, you have not registered independent financial services sms, please register at the nearest branch". I do not understand how such purposes. I currently use a self-contained mobile sms banking because I can not wear mandiri mobile. please help explanation. Thank you.
Slow connection even though i run it through wifi. N due to that error,sometimes causes the double payment.

Great app for daily use of my transaction. Really helps. 4 stars for the design, not bothered me, but feels outdated, make it modern and you got 5 stars :-)
This app only for older version of phone? becsuse i am in trouble now using my newer version. No updates? How come?
