The app keep crashing after i installed. i installed on my galaxy A52, there is no option than use the yellow one. But i need the feature from this blue one, so frustrating. Hope in the next update they can fix it, for now i give you 1 star till you fixed it
A lot better than the yellow one. Yellow livin is disaster. You force us to move to yellow apps but blue apps is got latest update (11 Apr 2022), what a weird.
okay something is fishy... you forced us to migrate to the yellow one, then suddenly the blue one asks for an update? i sit this one out. i'm still using it and what if it becomes useless after the update? i refuse to use the yellow one!!!
Please don't delete the blue one its better than yellow. I will not change to yellow because to much bugs and error. Please still provide blue livin by Mandiri for Mandiri mobile banking but yellow for other optional. I will considerate not use Mandiri mobile banking anymore if blue livin by Mandiri closed.
This app cant be opened in my phone. I installed it and try to open with my other phone than was used during initial setup. Any suggestion?
This blue one is much better. I haven't tried yet even download the yellow one at all. So glad, so far i dont have any issue with old version. I guess from perspective user the Apps (UI/UX, module, feature and etc) Blue is better than yellow. But, if this blue one will be deactivated and the yellow still have issue or bugs, I will consider to change my bank account. for yellow version - Pls do details UT before u launch new product (new version) cz when it crush it will impact to your customer
From time to time, a bug will happen in which I won't be able to log in even though I know for sure my ID and pass are correct. And recently, I can't even change password/ID because the app keep saying I need to input my data when I've clearly done just that. Maybe for the next update, instead of focusing on UI, the dev should focus more on fixing the bugs.
This app will load for more than 20 seconds when I opened it. I don't even understand how it just doesn't load with a perfect connection, when connected to wifi it'll just stopped receiving and sending data in the middle of transaction. This has happened lots of times and I must say totally a disappointment, one of the top banks with such bad software smh
I often get logged out and have to verify the data again when I'm trying to log in. You need to fix this. It's annoying. It waste my money too. Just imagine how many times I've verified my data when trying to log in and how much money I've spent to send the SMS verification. It's like at least once a week I experiemce this. Another mobile banking doesn't have this issue. Please fix this as soon as possible. Thanks.
I can not log in just because "internet issue". I have restart my router, change to private connection, and it still isn't working. Meanwhile, I can still browse in browser without any problem with the same internet connection. I have updated it to the newest version. So, please fix it because it can be annoying in an emergency situation.
The previous version was a bit off due to its unresponsiveness. However, the current version is absolutely disastrous update. It doesn't work at all on my phone showing Connection Issue while my connections (both mobile data & wifi) are just fine. I had tried several attempts to reinstall it but to no avail.
The app is actually very helpful and is easy to use, using this app, mandiri fiesta poin can be manageable and used easily. The downs are the app repeatedly crashing during log-ins, clearing cache and uninstall-install is never helpful during that certain period of time. Mostly log-in trouble happens during weekend. Another downside using this app is that the possibility of double transfer if per time transfer app is somehow troubling. Would be helpful if maintenance report notification is sent at least 30 minute before it is starting. Thank you
Can login with fingerprint as usual, but nothing happen when I tap any icon in the app. I had the same problem with the previous version which I found out was due to blue light filter. It was resolved when I switched the BLfilter off. But with the new Livin' app, even with BLfilter off it still won't recognize any tapping on screen, just freeze. โนโนโน
I've been using it for years, hence the recent updates deserve an appreciation. I love that it now enables us to login using biometric features & set up an auto debit payment. Of course, there are some things that needs improvements as well, such as loading time & more options for auto debit payment. To be fair, it is also a bit useless when one's overseas. You can't make a transfer from your Mandiri account to your foreign bank. Nonetheless, I'm satisfied with this app. Keep up the good work!
The app is so slow. If you are doing a maintenance please state so, don't display 'check your internet connection and try again'. My connection is just fine! And I cleared the cache, reinstalled the app, restarted the phone! It was just fine before, but after the latest update I can't use the app! Please give us the link to previous version! I need to use the app urgently
The app automatically request to update, but it can't be installed at all. Keep pending. even using wifi or data. After I called ke Mandiri Call, I have to restart my CP, finally the App can be downloaded, and it works. However the next day the App does not work. It says 'connection problem'. I try using wifi or data, both still does't work.
Everything is working properly on my phone (I think it's because my phone has 6gb of ram and the newest and fastest (I think) processor). But, there are many user here who doesn't have that kind of phone. This is a banking app, it should be simpler. By simpler, doesn't mean you should throw away those beautiful themes and wallpapers. Make the animation and transition dissapear and I believe, this app will become much faster. And can you provide biometric log in and transfer confirmation? Isn't biometric safer than pins? You do want people to use this app don't you?
Can't even touch the UI. Please fix it. Update: After some trials and error, I found out that you have to turn off features and apps that draw over other app screen (e.g. an app that filters blue light, such as Twilight app). After that, I can use the app as usual (on previous version, I don't have to do that).
I had a problem opening the app before. The word "try again" always appeared when I am trying to open the app. But this version is totally disaster, it didn't get better and it got worse because I couldn't enter my username and password. You said we can restart the device, re-install the app, clear cache, and using the internet data, but it didn't work. Hope your team can fix this problem as soon as possible.

I can't pay my shopee invoice because the virtual account number which is already saved is not found in the search result. And I also can't saved the number. There is error message said that the virtual account number is already exist. But I can't find it. So tired! It's annoying. I think this is major issue. Please fix this in the next release. The half of menu displayed in the Multipayment page is always dissapear. I have to scroll the page to show all menu. Pftt.
PLEASE FIX THESE PROBLEMS: 1. Takes too much times to load the login page 2. Cannot capture any parts. Sometimes I need to capture the screen when I met some errors. So I can report to you and show you which part I got the errors. Thanks. Anyway, I just updated to the latest version but it takes no effect.
Since the app has changed its name I haven't been able to login. The display on screen said connection failed (koneksi gagal). I tried to reinstall, reboot phone, clear cache and so on. It is so frustrating because I rarely go to the ATM because such a waste of time in this digital era. Too lazy to go outside just to do online transfer or to top up my E Money. Please fix it immediately.
I use this app for a long time, and this is the first time i had issues on this app. I changed my phone, this new one has a notch but i hide the notch with the phone setting. But after that, i cant touch anything on the upper side of this app, like the menu on the upper left side and saved transactions on the upper right side. No other apps in my phone has this problem. I hope this issue can be fixed soon, thankyou
Very disappointing!!! Frequently failed log in, always go back to the home screen although have inserted the username & password. Sometimes can't even load the app! Then last night, my balance got deducted twice, while during the transfer process the 1st pin input was failed (automatically back to the pin input screen), then only success at 2nd attempt, how can deducted twice??? I even only get the transfer receipt once. Update per 29th august : I've sent email since yesterday & no response yet
New update make the app doesn't work if put in secure folder (a feature where you can hide and lock certain apps). It said the app can't run in rooted device. This isn't an issue in previous version. I appreciate the improvement on UI and overall UX. However, in security regards, this update is a downgrade.
The app won't open. It says about my connection but there isn't any connection issue. This app getting annoying after changed ๐ i feel like this is how mandiri ways to tell their customer to change bank. Update : now it's getting worse, need to transfer but system is not available. Seriously if you can't do this right, then don't open a service la! Seriously make people mad ๐ก
The new logo looks more modern and sophisticated. Though my first time experience was rather disappointing. I installed and uninstalled twice and it kept saying that my connection is off. I give it another try after receiving notice from the CS, and it works perfectly now. Thank you so much. Really appreciate it.
There is pop up window whenever i login into the blue one mentioning that will change into yellow. It is really inconvenience as my android mobile os can not be upgrade anymore. If this means i have to purchase new gadget,forget it then. Better uninstall and move to other bank.
