Manga Searcher - Manga Reader

Awesome app. Very user friendly and completely free. It does have a few small problems In the case of ordering your manga and always being returned to the 1st page if you lock Ur phone. These are however small issues which are easily overshadowed by its usefulness and simplicity. Definitely use this app over others. It would be nice though to get manga descriptions as well on the app

I love how you can download multiple chapters. And zoom in the slides just right when two pages are in the same slide. But..i wish it would not auto rotate, the screen on it's own. Because it's uncomfortable to read without laying down. Nevertheless, the app is really good and probably the best free manga reading app available out there.

There has only been one title I could not find. The reader is simple but sufficient. I think the List/Downloading system could make a little more sense. You should be able to organize your mangas. Other than that any other imperfections are not worth mentioning or simple bugs that need to be fixed.

Had this app many moons ago. Re-downloaded it and was happily surprised to see that improvements had been made. Can still be better concerning download errors with random chapters, either with them unable to download without trying numerous times or the pages being out of order. Would highly recommend.

I love this app. It has a simple and easy to use interface without all the unnecessary crap u get with some other apps. The only downside is that they don't update all chapters as much as they should. A chapter may come out online but it would still take a while before you can find it on the app. But that only happens with a few mangas. I still like it better than some other manga apps on play store that I've tried. After the new update, I seem to be getting all my favorite mangas again.

I love it. Granted its not perfect (just cause it doesn't have EVERYTHING but that would also be an unrealistic standard to uphold) but it really is fairly simple to use and keeps me up to date on some of my favorite on going mangas. All in all highly recommend this app if you're looking to read manga on the go

This app is great and always updated. There's just one thing that i don't like, its autorotation. Most of the time I read manga before going to sleep so im always looking for comfortable position while reading. But because of autorotation it's really hard to read sideways.

Easy to find and update any manga you are reading. I also love that it notifies me the moment a new chapter is available. Only suggestion I have is to making switching pages by sliding finger rather than clicking the next arrow, but that's really minor.

Great app and easy to use. It will be more awesome if there is option for "select item" or something like that. So that i could use "delete" for chapters more easily and not delete it one by one. Or i could use it to mark the chapters that I've been read or unread, please consider it because it's quite troublesome to delete one by one if you have so much to delete...

This app is the best manga app I have used but I hope some of the issues would be addressed/fixed. - the setting menu would not appear in some devices such as galaxy tab A and oppo mobile. - when the device sleeps even for a second the manga would return to page 1 - the "download all" option does not appear on other devices. - some manga/manhua downloaded have jumbled contents.

You may have to download the episodes of the desired manga to your SD card, but you'll never see "10 error". That always got on my nerves so much with the other apps, and sometimes, it would never leave. With this app, once you download it all, you can read it all without skipping a beat.

I'd really love when the screen doesn't go to "portrait to landscape" and vice versa. It really bugs me when I am laying on my bed. I will be happy if there is any kind of change regarding this. Also, if swipe to turn pages grts implemened in any way, I will be thankful. Keep up the good work though. :)

This is a simple, lightweight app that does exactly what you want it to do. There are no ads, bloated menus, or annoying graphics being shoved into your eyes. It's a simple and clean UI that lists the manga available and displays which you have alreadt read and installed, even notifying you when a new chapter is released. I couldn't ask for any more.

This app has done me well for a long time and is my 1st choice for reading manga. I highly recomend it anyone who likes anime and manga. If I had 1 complaint id be the very occasional lacking of some series but thats very seldom and not a huge deal. I could probably count on my fingers how often thats happened. Overall a terrific app id say.

I downloaded a manga ang a lot of its chapters and few days pass, I click on one of the downloaded chapters then it said, Different SD card error even though there really was no SD card on my device and nobody touched th storage memory of the device. I tried it again and it gave me the same answer, always a few days after you download the chapters

This is the best manga search engine app in the market. While others have a more modern UI, and up to date social features, this app has by far the largest search results of mangas. No other compares. No extra bells and whistles, this is straight forward offline reading at its best. DO NOT CHANGE A THING Actually, if you did, I would love a filtered search; genre or categories.

There needs to be a fix for going into landscape view when orientation is locked to portrait on the phone and some resizing/removal of the scrolling bar, but the catalog is great. Would be five stars if the orientation thing was fixed but I want to give them extra praise for reacting to a glitch which caused manga to not download or refresh and fixing it in less than a day. Very appreciative of that!

I like it. I think I'd be a nice touch if in the updates that you could see All of the manga that's on the app so that instead of just people reading what they already know about, they could check out manga that they Aren't familiar with and enjoy that too. But aside from that I really like it. I have access to each manga I'm currently reading so now I don't have to wait for Wi-Fi to read it. I just downloaded and I'm good to go.

This is by far the best app for reading Mangas that I have ever used. It's easy to use, has every manga I want and updates very quickly so I'm always up to date on the latest chapter. The only flaw I have is that some mangas have chapters that are either out of order or missing an replaced with later chapter (like King of Hell for example). But it is pretty rare to find this. Especially with the more popular Mangas out there. Side note: it would also be nice if they added an alphabetising feature too =]

I've been using this app since 2012 and it works wonderfully. This is my everlasting manga searching app, and I thank you guys for creating such wonderful app. Keep up with the updates though and some chapters of certain mangas aren't really complete but, I got used to it hahahaha . But seriously, keep up with the updates, the world is changing fast you have one supporter that'll never stumble and that's ME.

Hello there fellow otaku! This is a good app but the downside is the content isn't always updated in a timely matter. Sometimes, not even at all. There is this one Web series that I read that updates every 2 weeks on online manga sites. It is on chapter 250 but in this app it is only at 130. Besides that, this app is good! Good selection, good download speeds, you can download to phone and then transfer it to a computer and such!

I'm upset because this is one of the best manga apps out there, but then all of a sudden it won't allow for any manga to be downloaded and when you attempt to refresh it it says you have "connection error" even though I have a pretty reliable internet source. Plzz fix it will be greatly appreciated. 😊😊😭😭

This is certainly not the worst manga app ive used, but it is the best ive found. Ive been using it for the last 2-3 years, quite regularly. It doesnt have everything but it has most things. Sometimes the chapters are out of order, or it doesnt have the complete/up to date maanga, but its definitely great.

This app has almost all the Manga I'm looking for, though sometimes I have to search by the Japanese name not the English one. Occasionally an add will start talking while I'm reading and that freaked me out the first time but it doesn't happen much anymore. All in all I love this app. I use it all the time and I've downloaded it on my new phone too :)

And it hasn't been taken down. It's reliable and easy to use. Double tap to enlarge and you got invisible buttons on the left and right side of the pages for flipping pages. Volume button can also be used to move through the pages as well. Only real downside is that some servers don't work and they get the new chapters a bit later than other online sites. Still very reliable though.

Would give 5 stars for a wonderful app but I have a few issues. I follow quite a bit of manga and when you have so many starred you lose the ability to refresh with the button as the scroll bar takes over. Also some I download only load blank pages for some of the pages. Lastly if I turn my screen off mid read it starts the chapter over instead of going back to where I was. Did this on 2 separate devices. Fix these and I will give the 5 star rating this app deserves.

The only problem it has is some days it wont load search results. Edit - some series like baki dou keeps skipping like ten chapters here and there also noblesse skips some chapters too. Edit - get rid of that annoying message that keeps saying they added 1000+ mangas, no matter how many times i say yes or no it doesn't go away

I been using this app for maybe 3 years now and its been great but what I wish this app had was a way to select multiple chapters to mark as read or unread or delete. I find it quite tedious to select almost every single chapter to delete them. I like to read multiple mangas at a time so I delete chapters I've read to make room for them but doing it one by one is tedious so having a way to select multiple would make it much faster.

This app makes archiving and reading Manga so easy and convenient. I've been using it for the last week and the only issue I've had was having to go back through a chapter list and manually downloading some chapters that didn't download via "Download All". Other than that the interface is easy to grasp and the ease of use is fantastic. I highly recommend it for anybody who enjoys reading Manga on their device!
