Whenever you check on the status of your order a pop-up always show and asks you to update your address and blocking you to view the status of your order and unable to track it. No matter how many times I reboot my phone and reinstall the app, it still does the same. A bit annoying and frustrating at the same time. App Developers please fix this bug!

Previous version was better, this one has problems with location. Support is even worse. I complained about an order because it was the 2nd time they got my orders wrong & they ALWAYS arrive late, (DO NOT BELIEVE YOUR FOOD WILL ARRIVE IN "60MINS"), they were able to fix that but the next time I opened this app, I was locked out of my account. Ha! I guess they will just lock your account if you call them out of their errors.

The menus are put together in the most stupid way possible. The latest menus from restaurants are not even there. Are you updating this app to actually make it worse? Wake up!

The app crashes a lot especially when changing the address. I have to log in everytime it does. I also can't access my account through its website. It keeps on telling me that the page expired due to inactivity and I have to refresh it (refreshing doesn't help either).

1. It will be better if there's a cancel order option. Just like when no rider is available. So we can order from others. 2. Choose a restaurant then press back button. It should be redirected on the last restaurant viewed not from the top of the menu. It's a hassle to view the choices back and forth.

The app has a lot of bugs, and their web version is kicking me out when I try to login. Also since they are working on its improvement I think they should include 'cancel' button if the user thinks that the order is not suitable for long transfer.

Delivery was withing time frame. Cheerful delivery guy. I love it. But the admin and support team if this company is very weak. The help center was just Facebook and when I pointed out what was wrong with the site and the app, they ignored my messages. Sayang dun sa mga drivers who see this as an opportunity. The app was buggy. The support was altogether unreliable. I can understand the limitation on options. It's a new service but I don't tolerate poor admin and support team.

Useless app. They can just easily cancel your order after you have already waited for more than an hour. Happened to me thrice already. No real-time update as to what is currently happening to your order. You cannot contact neither the rider nor operator, they are both unresponsive. Save yourself from any frustrations, avoid this useless app at all costs. Stick to Food Panda and Grab.

Haven't really ordered anything yet. But by the looks of it, it's great. More choices than the order app of the same service. We're not in Metro so the choices in other apps are very limited but this one's have a lot even just small stores. I just hope they have card payment option. ( That's the reason i haven't ordered yet, i ran out of cash and it's lockdown lol.) I will update my rating once I completed an order. Thank you :)

A lot of missing functionality, this is basically just an mvp. Can't change number and no filters. Would be nice if you guys would actually compete rather than just be a stand-in until the other delivery apps could get to the provinces.

I have installed the app and tried to order but they cancelled it because apparently our area is ' not covered' which is odd because it's in the city proper. I tried to order again this time with a different address which is my workplace ( that is still in the city proper) and what do you know, they said the area is not covered! Uninstalling this app...

App is terrible, you can't track your order because there's a bug that keeps asking for your address over and over again every time you try and track your order. The tracker they sent thru SMS does not work. No hotline or chat support. Why did I pay 70 pesos as delivery fee for horrible service? Avoid this app.

Both website and app is not working on my phone. I have redownloaded the app numerous time but I can't get past filling out the address. My hudband has the app. We have tried ordering but did not get any response. Website doesn't send the code. Needs a whole lot of improvement specially with customer communication.

This app is great. Very fast delivery. They will notify you immediately if your order will be cancelled & they easily give you back your money. The rider is very great. Just need to add more options for restaurants. Overall experience was greatπŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

The reason why I don't use this app mostly because it sucks! I kept updating the address but no use. It's just showing the same address over and over. Waste of time. Fix your app. It's also too slow and the order time is longer compared to other competitors.

I don't recommend this food delivery service. First, orders take longer than usual. So when the food arrives, it doesn't taste good anymore. Second, riders are rude. Third, over priced. Fourth, not helpful customer service. Before, I was fond of using this app since the start of lockdown. But past few months, their service is not really commendable and very slow that it will take an hour before the food arrives or worst your order will get cancelled after 3 hours of waiting.

App has a lot of restaurants to choose from. I got turned off by their services because: their mark up was way too high, aside from that there's conceirge plus delivery fee, which was enormous. No way I am going to use this app ever again.

Their services are inconsistent. I have used their services three times and after that they no longer wanted to deliver to my address. No restaurants are in your area appears which is pretty weird since I have ordered from them 3 times with different restaurants. If Mangan would like to manage their business, they should be consistent.

I hope there's an option or customer service where I can report to. I've had the worst experience with one of your drivers. He never came back for the change, well in short, he kept it. I tried to reach him, but he was turning down my calls. Can you at least put the driver's information the next time you update your app and resolve this soon? Baka kasi maulit sa iba 'yung panggugulang ng mga drivers niyo. One star, because i've never felt, even a slightest smooth transaction with this app.

UPGRADE YOUR APP. App keeps on crashing. Even after uninstalling it still crashes! Even adding location is not accurate. Sometimes tracking is available but most of the time its not. Need major upgrade to.compete with other food delivery app.

App is so unreliable. The map where the driver now is not even up to date. Souch delay in the status and needed to reopen the app just to get an update. Please improve your tracking system if you want this app to be recognized. Connect with waze as well

Worst food service/delivery app. I won't recommend this. 60-75mins delivery time was definitely a LIE. It will take longer, much longer.. You can't even track your order. (Their tracker's not reliable) Customer's service sucks. I can't even cancel my order!

I tried it for the first time a while ago. It took about an hour for my order to arrive (it's indicated on the estimated time so it's good) BUT when the rider came, I checked my orders and one item was missing. The rider went back and again delivered my missing order and he apologized and said that the staff from that fast food chain forgot to include it. I totally understand so I'm not angry at all but my mom was already hungry and he told us not to touch the food yet. The rider was friendly.

So difficult to use the app. Keeps on asking to drag the cursor to the address. Everytime you go to order history keeps on asking about the address. So annoying.

Overall, the app is nice especially here in province where delivery of food is not that rampant. but the app keeps on crashing when i want to retrack my order or when i want to know if where my order is. plus, i rodered around 7pm and i received my order around 9pm. i was famished and the only update i can get is the red clip highlighted for me to know that the order has been confirmed
