The clothes get shipped from Spain, and not from India. And because of this, for the crossborder import they'll ask for 100 KYC documents via email (after ordering the item). Even post that it takes them 20+ days to deliver the stuff. The app should clearly mention that Mango has no warehouse in India and that the joy of shopping will turn into a harrowing experience.
Absolutely love this app! The shopping experience is great, I just wish that delivery was faster. The quality of the Mango clothes is great and returns are also extremely easy too! Would definitely recommend 👌🏽
This rate is not about the products quality, this is about the customer service. Eight months ago, I ordered some jeans and shirts using this app. Then, some of them were small in size and not fit, so, I tried to return them back using the app and contacted them via email. They promised to follow up, but they didn't. I tried contacting them again and again and they told me to be patient and wait and here I am! If there's an option to give a rate less than a star I would do it.
We already know this brand is awesome,i love to shop from mango..and the App makes it much more convenient as it clearly shows each product...its price..it's features..care..styling options etc...I didn't have a single problem in shopping online..the prodcut delivered were exactly as shown in pictures! The delivery indeed took a bit time but it was totally worth the wait! I would totally recommend everyone to trust the app without any hesitation and doubts..the products are 100% original!
Imposible to create account. The password validation does not pass no matter the password you type although complying with the rules.
There is confusion about language settings in the updated version. I live in Turkey and I am choosing Turkish as a language. But the app language is mixed with Spanish and Turkish. It's a very strange mistake and I can't use the app anymore because I don't know Spanish. In my opinion, it must be fixed asap.
I have placed an order online on 18th February, 2022 and have not received the order yet. I have kept calling the customer care and sending mails to the customer support but all I have been listening to is that the package is under shipment or mango telling me that they can't help. I totally love the brand MANGO , but today I had to buy an item , the app didn't even lead me to the checkout , there's something blank appearing on my screen. Disappointed. Pls fix the problem
Nice to browse on this app. But i can never purchase from the app. It always throws some message when i want to check out. So i end up having to open up my laptop, re do my shopping cart and then succesfully check out on web .
Otherwise its goo but delivery process and time are just pathetic. Even right now i have 4 orders at 'DISPATCHED'status for last one month and don't have clue that they are going to come or not or when.
Well it would be all be fine I guess, exept for the fact that I've received a few times different products from those I ordered. It's very confusing and I avoid using the app in general if I can.

The first thing is that I ❤ Mango and then of course the app works perfectly and you still receive an invoice along with the purchase that gives you the opportunity to pay it after 20 days. This is not good?👍 I would say... great!

The clothes are reasonable when on sale, which are pretty often. The clothes are really original. The wait list system works very well. I think I've been emailed for almost every size/item that I requested. The only thing that drives me crazy is when you go into your orders, you see style names and numbers, but no pics so you don't know what you're looking at. I also usually don't know when my package is coming until that day. The clothes are special - I guess it overcomes the negatives.
Ecperience of browsing through the items and adding them to your cart was great. But when finalizing your purchase, and editing your cart, you get all sorts of bugs. Tried to delete one item and another gets deleted. There was even a time when all my items were moved to wishlist. No payment options except cash on delivery. My old address (like 5 years ago) is the default address, even if i've ordered severeral times with new address already. I think Im sticking with the web version.
In general the app is fine. More specific - it's not OK when I try to save my bank details in my account - it doesn't look like something is really saved and when I do some returns I wait literally more than a month before I've got my money back... Usually some person from Customer Service helps me every time with this, so please fix this problem. Thank you!
Very easy and very user friendly
New version has some problems to fix: In the middle of browsing through the app it just stopped working. Items which I marked with "like" disappeared from my list. After pressing "To pay" I tried to changed my address , and it's written many times - some problems appeared in the website (but I was on the app). It makes it all difficult to order and buy clothes online.
1. When I want to check out, I have to try more than 10 times for the payment to be accepted. It constantly gives errors about my card, no matter what bank card I use. 2. Why each part of the app is in one language?!
Never works properly. Everytime when ready to pay it won't upload payment method and won't secure purchase. Very annoying.
Full of bugs. Sometimes you are able to add an item which in practice is out of stock but you don't realise bc when it comes to payment the item is removed, but list is not showed. You can only realise if home delivery is added to payment because the amount due dropped below £30. Secondly, you need to refresh a wish list many times to see what you saved. Thirdly, today I try to buy a bag, I can add the number of the product as I wish, but when I go to checkout, it doesn't finish the process
App is fast and easy to swipe through to find items. One issue is that it is hard to get back to the main menu if you've been browsing through the suggestions. You have to hit the back button a hundred times to get back to the start. I have an Android phone so not sure if this happens on Apple. Would be nice for the menu to be fixed to the screen at all times so I can navigate more easily.
Unfortunately, choosing an Arabic language is not complet. It's mixed with other language other than English.

Very poor application, availability, delivery and service
The app is pretty easy to use but I wish they added more information to the product description for each item. It's really frustrating when you don't know the height of the model and the size they're wearing in particular. It makes it really hard to know whether you could wear it, or which size to go for. The sizing guide can only tell you so much.
