Waste of time - looks just like the website on a mobile (which doesn't fit a screen), functions worse than the website in that no mobile boarding passes available and it doesn't "print" to PDF. Mango I'd flying backwards...
Please fix bugs. The app works great one week and cannot get going the next and freezes up, or is the app only for users who travel once a month or once a year?
App allows you to reserve seats but not to check in. Very disappointing defeats the aim. My phone is a Samsung A30. I heard this App is not compatible with newer phones. Please sort this out😒
The app is not a bad app but handling it a 1 ⭐ due to only updating your app last 2015. Seriously you know there are some major security issues that's were fixed and also not having updated the app for the latest version of android reflects badly on you. Not blaming the devs on this one. This is business not wanting to spend money. Hopefully your website isn't in the same state. update the app and fix the random crashes and I'll update my rating.
Horrible app. I made a booking, and paid via Masterpass. The app crashed but the payment has been made. I do not have a reference number, did not receive an email or SMS with my booking details. How am I supposed to get my flight details??
Web update incompatible on app. I don't get my list of flights anymore. I cannot checkin - "Cannot connect to booking system". This was a good enough app up to now. What's going on Mango?
Terrible when trying to board plane as OR Tambo has little to no signal so can't display boarding pass. thankfully i had screenshots of the boarding pass which i used.
As useless as they come. It's just like the website. Can't even make a cancellation. Calling them is such a mission as you will be put on hold for 20 minutes. Can't manage your booking at all. No option for that.
I can't complete my check-in as the download button doesn't work and it keeps saying my email address is invalid. Seriously... UPDATE YOUR APP
App is in need of an update to a newer version of Android/Opperating system. Would be more useful if push notifications of flight status/delay updates were available.
This is nothing but a wrapper around a terrible non-mobile-responsive website where tou have to scroll around looking fir the buttons. Horrific!!!
bad interface, multiple logins and cofirmations for no reason. just a duplicate of the website.
New app is horrible. They only allow you to view flights for a specific day instead of the whole month like before.
Good . It will be excellent, if the app alerts you should there be any flight delay .
The updated apo does not work properly. You struggle to get flight schedules. You click on one to book and end up with a whole different time
Really now, this is how u do bussiness, after the upgrade of the app can't book a flight, Dint u guys check why flights sales as dropped from the time of the update, the app is in usable rite now Please guys wakeup man...
Unrighteous & inconsistent. Not user friendly or easy to follow. I.e. not logical work flow nor proper Menu driven. Illogical!
Only updates to 2015 ☹ This is not the version that downloads. There is not option to view rates for the month.
Just a copy of the website. Last updated 2015 not good enough. Rather don't have a mobile app if this is the best you can do. Not blaming devs here but the business.
Bring back the option to view flight rates for a month instead of just one day.
Very impressed with Mego whet i flew in December from Port Elizabeth toJohannesbug. the legspace was 100%
Out of date. Not suitable for recent android versions.
It wont allow you to change dates of flights it reverts back to 11 November each time

Rubbish app. It hasn't been developed as an app, it's just their website converted into an app. Everything is small and out of place. Have to zoom in to tap buttons and scroll left and right just read something. Definitely not mobile friendly.
