Manheim app is what I personally use for my business being an Auto Dealer. It's one of the very best app in the industry. I really don't have anything to compare with their app. What's so interesting about the app is that, it's complex, and yet gives you the guide lines to follow. Having used this app for so many years, I found out that, the Salesforce doesn't always follow the price as shown on the vehicles.
App is not loading correctly!!! Doesn't display home screen...just BLANK blue background. Unistalled and downloaded again....issue NOT resolved. Unacceptable & unreliable. Couldn't log in to auction remotely from the phone & lost money!!!!!!!!
There are always audio problems. Audio is the most important thing. Please fix the audio problems. Its not just me, its also everyone else that I know who uses this app on Simulcast.
my I get no audio I click the audio button and it says system not responding close app. this has been going on for months now I tried uninstalling still nothing. Still no audio mo ths later I dont understand why it is such a challenge for manheim to make a decent app
This app doesn't work nor load up. When it worked before, it was slow and pictures would not zoom. Now it won't even allow me to login. Absolute trash
Im a canadian dealer, i can no longer view 'my purchases' on the app. Customer care said only U.S purchases can be viewed?I had no problem viewing them for years, and all of a sudeen... Ridiculous... Is their a 'canadian' app i can use...response: Nope.... FIX IT!...Workbook is as fast as Dial Up internet...cant remove saved vehicles, refreshes to the top of your list.....dissapointing
Worked yesterday at auction, today it crashed when I click scan on my Galaxy 9+. Turned phone off and on, uninstalled app 2x, still won't scan, just sits down. All permissions are on.???
I used to have the app while back. coming back to the business, but can not remember username or password. New business name, so need to sign up, but when I install the app, it doesnt let me to sign up, but only to log in and no option to click on any "forgot password?"
Everytime I log on to the app with my Android phone whenever I try and turn on the audio, I'm always receiving an error message and no sound never comes out... Please fix this issue
Inexplicably bad. Very slow. Randomly crashes/freezes up. I don't understand how Manheim could allow this to represent them. Someone in corporate isn't paying attention.
Crashes constantly, and now the scanner won't open and crashes every time I try to scan. All permissions are on.

The worst app ever, I'm home not feeling well, trying to buy online, but with this app I'm just getting worst mentally and physically it's just trash, No Audio, how you spect me to buy without audio?? SMH!!
Can't delete vehicles in the workbook. It adds vehicles by itself. Others have the same problem. Awful app!
Once in simulcast app is incapable of leaving, only way to get back into other parts of app is to delete and reload... FIX IT!!!!

The ap is not as good as the website, the website is clunky and slow. Many of the 5 star reviews look like fraud things like "President" and "action" are the description. Most 5 stars have no idea why they like the app. The 263 1 star are not represented proprely in the bars and no way this app has been rated 4.2 there are more 1 stars than 5 stars and way more 2 stars than 4 stars. The very best it could be is 3 atar average.
typical US company, only for their US customers. Why can't Google store force devs to clearly state what regions in the world the app supports, so they don't even display when you browse the list.
The app should be upgraded to allow users to change from lane to lane during online auction bidding without necessarily exit and start the process again.

Permissions are being forced or app is useless. You do not need any of those permissions for the app to operate.
I keep getting "bad request" after some search. Recently started to happen much more often that it makes the app unusable

Why has the app gone downhill?? At least the old version semi worked. New app is horrible, old app now buggy and won't update workbooks etc Really disappointing for such a large company
The lastest version audio for live auction stopped working, I try uninstalling and clearing cache data but still same problem
Use to work great until latest update, now vin scanner no longer works. Force closes everytime I try to use anything.

Horribly designed app, Manheim I suggest you actually invest in updating the app once in a while to keep it running fine. This feels like it's 2007 and constantly underperforms. Eventually on multiple devices it stops working after a while with no options on the main screen with a blue background. Please invest in maintenance of the app that helps the people who make you money.
