Music good, affirmations short and simple. I like that affirmations play while using variety of phone functions so I don't have to restart app every time I am promoted to do something else with phone.

Love just would like for the stop red bottom to not stand out as much, or if it can hide and then be brought back. I feel it gives a mix signal unless I cover it and only leave the affirmation visible. Thank you so much blessings 🙏💖

My experience for first time is wonderful. It has placed inner subtle confidence to want to repeat again. I tend to start but slow to make daily action. This is to change .

Try listening and watching for a few times, then switch fully into listening and listening intently.

The audios were overlapping eachother. Gave up and uninstalled.
