Insightful, but not earth-shattering. Given enough interaction with your fellow human beings, these are concepts you will most likely pick up on your own anyways. If you have a desire to be manipulative, then you probably already are-no need to download an app for it. Other than that, the UI is straightforward and easy to navigate.

This book is like Karate..the moves are there but not the intuition. All of the actions listed can be harmless in nature. When you start trying to use fresh insights, like these, you know just enough to hurt yourself. Malice is the key...ask why the person would say something using the words they choose. Compulsive people make great lie detecrors because they replay a conversation over and over in their head. They use a single word or guesture to debunk a well fabricated story. And then shut up
