Basic app needs work, would like ability to rename screenshots, and have notes appear . notes and client information does not work when emailing
Easy as 1- 2 -3 all you have to do is call Tech Support they walk through it. Excellent Tech Support very happy
can't get it to connect doesn't show any of the manifold gauges that are in my high school.
Since latest update the app crashes once you connect the app is no longer usable
i can not get the app to connect to my manifold. my wife has a google 2 droid and hers connects to the manifold.
this yellow jacket is a piece of s*** I wish I never bought this piece of junk my Testo 557 have a better Ave and it works instantly you got to go through all this garbage to get this damn thing on I think I take my yellow jacket gauges of his support and put them in a trash compactor piece of s***.

Like the app but am also dissapointed in the bluetooth connectivity. approx 15ft just not enough to be effective.
Like the app. The Bluetooth could have a better range. If the indoor and outdoor unit are too far apart the app is useless

Saturation temps not working
Does not work with Google pixel 2. Sees it as a headset and will not connect with app. Also does not work with my work supplied Samsung Galaxy s6 which sees it as a watch. Worked fine with my iPhone 5s that I turfed.
The nipple need to be stronger
Does not work with my android called tech support and was told they do not not know what to do sorry good luck. I like yellow jacket products but this really made me mad, how can a company not know what to do with THEIR OWN PRODUCT??
Since new update you can no longer see sub coolin and superheat. So does anyone wanna buy this pos from me. Now selling it I WANT OLD APP. GET RID OF THIS UPDATE CRAP QUICKLY. DO NOT BUY THIS TILL THEY GO BACK TO OLD APP
I purchased these because i figured it would be a great product, i am verry disappointed. I spent much less on the testo smart probes and have not had any issues.
From the main app menu hit the settings "gear" at top right of screen. Scroll down and select Update Mantooth. Select one (or both) devices one at a time and update firmware. Problem solved!!! Thanks to YJ for knowledgeable, prompt, and timely customer/technical service!
I love these gauges but since update had problem with linking them to the app. I uninstalled the app and installed it but nothing played with it and it seems the firmware on the actual gauges themselves need to be updated as well it's looking good so far but we will see
Can no longer see super heat and sub cool
The update cut off the sh and sc on my s5 but on the s6 seems to show up ok. I like the service ports on the probes but they need to be wireless and improve Bluetooth range
Since update gauges won't work correctly, can't find service history, problems linking to app, need to correct issues soon. $350 gauges are now expensive paper weights.
At first I tried to connect it to my phone. I got frustated. A month later I almost sold it. I gave it a chance, I realized I wasn't following the procedure. Now, I would't change it for anything. I love it! I gave 4 * because now it won't work with my android, so I am using it with my iphone which as first time apple user, I hate it . But the gauges are awesome. I even can fix it (nothing is eternal) and it is easy to do it. First thing to fail are the wires, then the usb port. Easy fix
