Finally fixed!! I went 4 days without points. As in my email to the developer (no reply) I suggested it wanted to send a code to my email but was stuck there on the blank screen. Previous review. Yep, I get the blank screen like other reviewers after trying to log in after the recent update. I'm an insurance and investments advisor for Manulife. What should I tell clients? I have a Galaxy S21 Ultra. It worked on my wife's phone after the update. She has a Galaxy S10. Please hurry and fix this.
Been getting a technical error when trying to log in for a month. Uninstall and reinstall, still doesn't work. Would give 0 stars
I'd love to rate this app if it would ever let me in. Error after error -uninstalled, removed cache and reinstall and still nothing...
Welp, I get an error every time I try to log on. I see this is a common issue. Maybe fix it??? What a waste of time.
This app does not work with my Google Pixel 6. Would be happy to use if it did.
This app is no longer usable. I get error code TVG-10010 whenever I try to launch. Quite frustrating as I was a frequent user. Ever since it updated to needing the Manulife ID to log in, the app stopped working for me
Was great at first then started having login issues and then more login issues. Reinstalled, did all the techy stuff and still not working. And to make it worse, when I contacted them, I was bounced around to different people who had no idea how to help. So I tried 3 emails and just get told to call. I will be deleting this app unfortunately. Doesn't work like it was advertised. Very disappointed.
Swtiching phones the app will not work now I have missed weeks of points had the same problem last year
Too bad I can't give this app 0 stars. Doesn't recognize any data from Google fit so I'm not getting any points whatsoever.
I can't even login.haven't been able to use the app once, please fix this.
It's a good app if you use apple products. It also works ok with Garmin products but not with any other smart watches.
This App does not sync with Google Fit like it says it does. I have had this App for 2 years and have spoken and complained to tech support about the sync issues and they have not done anything about it. I can only speak to the android platform. The company can reach an agreement with Apple but can't seem to reach an agreement with Samsung considering that more users are probably on an Android/Samsung device. Please fix the sync issues or remove your claim that this syncs with Google Fit!
This app crashes at least twice, everytime I open it. Once signed in, it crashes again. I have tried reinstalling, but no change. I have also heard of friends using the Personal plan app and being rewarded with gift cards very frequently. One week I spun the wheel and won the max 300 points, when i answered the skill testing question correctly, it came back that i didn't answer it right and they had a different question posted. You give so much personal info!
I was excited to learn about this that I downloaded it immediately. However, it doesn't sync with my samsung smart watches (and I mean with an s coz I tried two watches different models) but it didnt work. And app keeps crashing. So disappointed.
Terrible. App hasn't worked in months. Can't even get past the startup screens. Can't login. Tried uninstalling. Clearing old filea nothing. I'm sure my rewards have expired now, since I updated the app just after getting some coupons and the app hasn't worked since.
I keep getting error messages every time I try to log in. It tells me to visit the website instead.
This is one of the worst app experiences I've ever had. After multiple times setting up an account it will let you through, only to get stuck on a loading page. Absolute waste of time.
This has to be the most frustrating app ever made. Impossible to log in which makes it impossible to collect points and lower your insurance. And the geniuses that work at Manulife will take 2 weeks to tell you to change your password. Complete garbage app
Tried re-installing on a new phone on 2019-03-22, but was prompted to reset password on login. The password reset prompt that follows results in a vague error message saying that they can't reset my password right now, along with code 221. An email to the devs at the address listed on the app page has gone unanswered to date. Will update if anything changes. Update 2019-03-27: resolved by resetting the password on the web site. Still no word back from devs though.
Manulife Vitality motivates you to focus on your exercise or counting the steps to achieve not only health benefits but other awards as well, such as Amazon gift cards, access to your yearly health exam, etc.
New updated app won't sign in, it just goes blank.
For the most part, the app is fine, however if you meet your weekly vitality points, you get to spin the "Vitality" wheel and win prizes like Vitality points or even gift cards to Amazon. However, the Vitality wheel is a scam. The results are predetermined already so no matter how you spin, it's already been decided what you will "win". If that's the case, why bother even having the wheel in the first place? It's borderline fraudulent. The reward for the weekly target is predetermined. Once you reach your goal for the week, the reward is generated (points, or gift card.) The wheel spin is an added effect. Regards,
I have tried twice to load and use this app. Once 6 months ago and now. Both times it said there were "technical difficulties" and it never opened. Don't bother downloading this!
Can't log in. 06 Dec 2021 - Still can't log in. 31 Jan 2022 - Still can't log in.
This is such a convoluted program and the UI is terrible. The app rarely syncs with Google Fit. Trying to navigate this app is so frustrating. It needs a major design overhaul.
