love this app, I just wish you could zoom in closer without first zooming out, then trying to center where you are looking for, then zooming in and holding it in. While doing this, you are unable to move the map, and once you let go, the trail names are so small they are unreadable. If the trail name letters were larger so they could actually be read, this would be five stars. using a Galaxy S9.
App not working; under reporting distance; multi turn route represented as single mile long straight line. After first use, app suggested it was interrupted by phone's battery optimizer. I clicked on app button to exempt it from battery optimizer, but got same result on second use. Got app for elevation gain feature, but the basics dont work.
My first use of this app gave my top speed as 4426 kph. A little high? It gave my total ascent as 432 m. 40m might be nearer the mark.
I have only just started using this app and whilst the layout is different to what I am used to I could get used to it. it is quite user friendly and the app has functioned well when I have used it. Customer support is quick to respond to queries. The one thing that is really bothering me is that my timeline is being recorded in a calendar from 1999. I have been told what has caused this but it would seem there is nothing I can do about it as my device Is up to date. This GPS date problem is specific to this app. I honestly don't know how long I can put up with this fault but given how twitchy I feel about it now I think it wont be long before I am looking for a different app to try.
Awful app. I'm doing the Pilgrims Hospice virtual walk of the London Underground and I can only count walking for it. I turn it on when I start walking, then pause it while I drive home from work and turn it on again to count more walking then it counts the drive, counts it as miscellaneous and it doesn't add to my total si I have to add it manually!!!! I'm deleting the app.
Not much use as a fitness tracker. Doesn't integrate well with virtual platforms only pulls non-virtual activities from strava, UI is clunky. Am only using as this is the chosen tracker for a hospice that I am fundraising for. Zero benefits otherwise, strava free is much better.
I'd give it ZERO stars but that isn't an option, set up app as instructed.....Day 1, shut off. They asked how it went, i told them what happened, they told me to shut off "battery optimization" setting on phone......Day 2, same thing happened! Who wants to waste that kind of time......will delete this app and find one that ACTUALLY works!!!!!
I've cancelled this many times yet I still keep getting charged. At this point my bank saying I need to just cancel my card. When you have to make it THAT difficult to cancel a subscription and keep cusotmers, it means your service isn't good enough to keep cusotmers on its own.
I use while trail riding my horse. Easy and helpful finding my way back to where I started. Like having the distance, speed and time. Very useful.
Signed up for free 30 day trial and was charged right away. Also lost the option to view my route on map and having extreme difficulty in finding help to restore.
Rubbish, it doesn't work. It doesn't record my actual steps, it just links each point where I check the app as the crow flies. *update* I followed the advice and checked permissions, it still doesn't record accurately, it veers off all over the place and does not record as I walk. *further update* I find the app does work, provided I turn off power saving on the battery, meaning I've got to charge my phone a lot more often.
