Bad apps. Very slow and confusing. Hate about: 1.The customer service also dont have a knowledge of the apps. They dont help. Because they dont know. They gave me a wrong information. I like the 1st app. The new one is slow and complicated. 2. If i choose a product then go back they dont get back from the product which i choose, they go back to the first. And need to scroll again to the product that I have seen before! 3. The information of unavailable product didn't show in the pics. 4. Please do something with your IT. 👎👎👎👎👎👎 The first i downloaded this apps latest 2017 until now, the condition is the same! A year already!!!!
new app is not link with tue old app, so if you want to use, you have to regist again. and this app is heavy to load products pictures. and evertyime we see one product, and want to go back to list of search, we must begin from the beginning, and must load. the next page of view, this is really annoying. and for filtera, i think you can add filter for ready stock, because many of of stock shows up whrn we search. i think MAP can make this app better experience to use. thanks
Ridiculous e-commerce site. This place sent me wrong size of shoes (their fault I input the right size) then set timely and difficult return policies. Ruined my plans, as the item I ordered was supposedly a gift to a friend. Waste of time and energy and money gotta deal with the emails and they don't return my delivery fees. Thanks to Ira and Fahri the CS for not being able to help me to get correct item I ordered!
The app running very slow and has problem with the stock issue, three times my order cancelled with no clear explanation but I suspect they run out of the goods. If they can fix those problems it should be a very useful app
Be careful when you shop here. They don't send the product according to the product description. I just had bad experience when I shopped here. In the product description it's stated "includes 2 dolls", but they only sent 1 doll. And when I complained to the CS, they insisted that the product only includes 1 doll. The response from the customer service is also very very slow, and in the end, no reply at all... Big company doesn't guarantee good customer service :(
the worst e-retail platform i ever experienced. 1st my order got cancelled after waiting 4 days sinced my payment success. 2nd my order got cancelled again and also after waiting around 4 days. 2 orders, 2 cancel and 2 refund back to back. If you need to buy something you want to use immidiately then think twice and considered it again to buy from this platform.
This app is so bad I switch back to MAP website. This app loads much slower than the website. The 'personalised collection' is quite useless and they're much more of a disturbance than an assistance. And I HATE the fact that they keep sending reminders about payments. You guys already set up 24 hours as the deadline, so please STOP hunting us down to complete payment as if we are borrowing money from you. That's so annoying.
Not really user friendly, navigation of the app is too confusing. Inventory management need to be improved, so there will be no item listing for sales but at the end after customer paid it, it is not available.
This is probably an alarming issue. I don't have an account but I keep on getting automatically logged in to different random accounts. You guys should definitely take a look at that. Customer account details are being exposed to other users. That is very dangerous to your customers.
okay, few input for user exp : 1. missing bookmark, back from detailed item's look into catalog's look, users have to scroll again from the near top. 2. if the item is not for sale, why bother putting it into the catalog?
The app is ok.. it's the management that doesn't sit right with me.. one of their rules is no returning for products that has more than 10 percent discount. Come on! Any other apps such as zara, zalora, bobobobo, anything that I knew allow returning products even if it's 80percent discount! I mean you hv to be kidding me right? Costumer doesn't know the products until she tried it on! The pictures on the app can be deceiving! Ok then.. you just lost yourself a costumer
I bought a shirt here for my friend's bday. Not a cheap one. I wait until 3 days, but they still didn't send it, which is 2 days late from the bday. On day 4, they cancelled the purchase without any single notification, no email, sms, or call. Stupidity as its finest. The worst online purchase i've ever experienced.
Very very poor packaging, the box already torn out when received the package. Thankfully the product itself not broken... I order sunglasses and the description of the product says it included with cloth case, but i only received the sunglasses AGAIN the packaging is absymal! It just quite lucky not broken.
Have to login with new /different account than Map club. Screen click too sensitive, easily open item while scrolling. Bad search result, have to put in exact words. Nowhere to access wishlist
Should be able to zoom closely to see the shirts pattern like the other brands apps. A lot of sale items had been cancelled by MAPEMALL few days after payment. Can you properly count your stock or not???? UNINSTALLED. SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT!!!
Why is this application often error? I am the first user and let's move on to other e-commerce applications. Customers are currently having many choices either in Local or International e-commerce provider. Bye bye Mapemall.
Not informative compare to others online store platform. The goods that we bought we cannot exchange. The cust service phone number didnt response, reply to our email also delay. Really dissapointed and worst experience.
They canceled my order and not returning my money. I already sent an email and only reply I get was the automate message that said "we will contact you soon". At least give the proper ETA, cause I was really need this item for a birthday gift but not anymore since you it'a canceled. I already try contact the number but I got an automate reply that told me to send an email. I gave my older Id to your people on email, instagram, and twitter still no follow up, not even a reply.
Cant login, registration process also broken. Cant add item to cart. Are you test the app before launching? Disgrace for a brand like Map have this kind of app
Not so secure Apps?! My account also contain other customers order, I can read their address and others info. this is serious issue that you need to follow up and fix it...
Please fix this current version because everytime I go to categories the images diaplayed will refresh itself again and again that maks me can't scroll through
Website lemot sekali... Mau belanja aja susah... Udah email juga ke customer service, respon nya juga lambat dan tidak ada perubahan. Very not recommended to install this application, don't waste your time to use this app
uninstall the app because it needs me to provide access to my media, phone, mesages, etc. if not, the app wont be able to be used
Slow and laggy apps. If you really need to, just access it via website on PC.
Horrendous and super slow. Can't believe a big brand such as Mapemall has a horrible app, such a shame. Please fix it.

I have emailed to Customer service for why my voucher is not included when I purchase and item. But no response from Mapemall and still the voucher I have bought is reserved in my account
Laggy app with uncomfortable user experience. Slow processing and delivery of purchased goods. After successful payment, suddenly one of the items bought is unavailable and order got cancelled. No free shipping no matter how much you shop. Nearly impossible to get things returned or exchanged. Deleting app after writing this review. I would much rather shop at Z****a, a world of difference in online shopping experience.
