I Loathe the driver log photo section. It is a never ending source of being aggrevated and frustrated.. Constantly rescanning the logs. The only thing that half way works. Remove the day's log place it on the ground, stand above it. Then move in close for the " *#*# " thing to focus. Then if your really lucky it will self photo and it wont have to be rescanned 4 or 5 times. Ive no problem with anything else in the program. Photo section is a hassle in need of a reevaluation
The app leaves a lot to be desired. The scanner app they use is poor quality, which leads to rescanning already scanned documents which is super fantastic when you get off at work at 3:00 in the morning, there's nothing I want to do more than rescan my paperwork.👍
This app sucks.. constant updates and you have to constantly reenter your pin even if you've logged into it recently. As if someone wants your drivers logs... seems like every update the app forgets your password... I wouldn't use this if I didn't have to..
I can't submit anything. It keeps logging me out every 30 seconds and having to send the double authentication code. It's a huge waste of time. Especially since we're forced to use this.
forced to use this and it stinks...especially the double authentication trash. good luck checking your email for code when you are on site and no signal.
I am having problems on Android and OnePlus TMobile phone. I realized that it works with apple phones . Love the app on a iPhone 👍 please update your system for Android phones. Thank you 😊
I could not get it to accept my pin , tried updating- didn't work so I tried to uninstall then start over again and all it does is spin and spin and spin
NO APP SHOULD HAVE TO BE UPDATED EVERY 2 WEEKS
It won't take my pin number and when it prompts me to the forget my pin number prompt It goes nowhere. This app is ridiculous
Problem logging in as it doesn't recognize the pin and you can't reset it either
Problem logging in. Everytime I log in, the system logs me out within 5 seconds.
Keeps asking to update and when you sign in takes forever to process.
I don't like having to enter my pin and username and then still have to get an access code to log in

Can't get in with pin and it keep asking me for "forget pin", however will not direct me to change it

This makes applications for us drivers so easy! I finished my application in less than 5 minutes. Wow.
Very glitchy! Employer has been requiring me to use it for years and it's a burden. Scans often require a rescan or 2, seems to be inactive while being unable to 'log in' frequently, rejections can be from months back, and more. I really wish paper logs would be acceptable again, since they are being done anyways, and Apps like this one wouldn't be required!
