Told by the developer they were nominated by Garmin as "developer of the year" and won the "best wearable app" in 2019. Contact them by e-mail and you will receive default answers saying to follow regular instructions. So this concerns me. After having paid and followed all necessary instructions, I wasn't able to unlock the PRO version in my Garmin Venu. Too confused and not intuitive. Indeed there are other apps coming together where part are under payment to unlock the PRO version, so they are not all offered as free. They have a good work to do in order to make it acceptable.
Very confusing interface - with requests for payment at almost every turn. Why not just put a paid for app on Google play and not a "free" version.
Yikes! Weird design and confusing. I got directions but no map overlay, just a zig zag line of turns.
Full of bloatware, non intuitive to use. Tried using it on a run and got a message after 15 minutes telling me to upgrade to continue using it. Avoid.
could not get it to work; i followed the directions to zend the code to unlock the app in the watch, but nothing happened; after many attemps asked for refund. too complicated
Not good so far. Not very intuitive and although connected to my forerunner 935 I cant seem to set destination.
Great little app that works like a charm. Developer most helpful sorting out a setup hiccups. Recommended.
Why even have a free app? App is unusable for free and 8.99 to unlock? Come on buddy. I would have spent 2.99 or even 3.99 but no more. Hard pass.
Don't work with my edge 820. It seems to work, but I start cycling no indication appears in the widget.
I can get lost in the paper bag, love this app! Fantastic developer support as well! Highly recommend.
GUI isn't the best but $8 seems like a lot to view calendar appointments on the watch considering Garmin has a built in calendar widget
Latest version works perfectly under Android 10 finally. Everything resumed normal now.👍
Love this app for my garmin 230. Works great. Def worth the upgrade.
Too complicated.
Good, but could be better. The watchface builder could do with background image support, or more background image shapes (circles etc) to allow for more creativity
I'm probably being stupid. I installed Outdoor Master to try it out. It then seems to need to be unlocked which I then can't work out how to do. I then end up being asked to buy something called r.485 which seems to be a bunch of apps of which I will probably only use one or two. I seem to have installed Maps r.485 but haven't had to pay anything. Will I then be asked to - all very confusing! I wonder if I'm alone in finding this problem?
I wanted to see how the calendar works but it asked straight away for 15$. Quite useless app if its purpose to give an idea what paid version does.
Haveing hard times making it work
A basic App that doesn't let you use custom fonts, no background image, and this is a paid subscription? Sorry but unless we can fully custom a watch face this is not worth the $4.99 price point....
Great idea. Well implemented on va hr+. Worth the unlock fee.
Keep crashing on Android 8...
Easy to use on fenix 3 HR.
Works on my 735 xt !!! Thanks
Unable to send routes to my watch. Thankfully developer is quick in responding. Hoping everything will be sorted out.
Vivoactive 3 Music. Unlocked apps do not work at all on this device. Developer thinks it is a Garmin problem. Not helpful.
Everything you need in a map
I don't often leave negative reviews, but this app doesn't follow any common design paradigms, has intrusive ads and basically requires IAPs to work properly. At this point I think it would be a better option to just release each widget as a paid standalone app, here and on ConnectIQ as well. Right now it feels like someone is trying to trick you into purchases and the spelling errors in the app aren't helping either.
