Works great on my Android tablet with Google Maps, including "Start Driving" (no navigation) mode (where Google Maps speedometer option doesn't work). I like that I can make speed display much larger and easier to read than Google Maps speedometer.
5 months on Pixel 3: Superb app. With Android 10 running flawlessly in Google Maps + Waze + MapFactor — all of which, indeed, have their own integrated Speedometers. Fact is the degree of customization / control of display in this app remains outstanding, seriously augments the navigators, and justifies its modest cost. Bravo Dev — and here's hoping you continue to develop it!
Great for displaying your actual speed. In one of the latest versions of Google maps this feature was integrated. With Maps Speedometer you can however position the speed indicator wherever you want.
This was great on my Moto G4, but I can't get it to work properly on my new Huawei, so I have had to delete it. I can't find anything else that does the job, so just hope that an update might get it working one day. I would not hesitate to recommend it, depending on compatibility of course!
Though I get the popup, I only see 2 horizontal lines, no speed. I have emailed the developers but no response.
downloaded this app 2 weeks ago and its only ever worked once, doesn't work on Google maps, Google drive or on Android Auto, complete and utter waste of time and money.
app displays incorrect speed, despite other speedometer apps showing correctly. horrible and useless app.
after latest updated google maps, the speedometer doesn't move it's always showing 0 km..please fix it.
waste of time!! Shows fine on phone but not Android Auto as required. will be along for a refund.
It doesn't launch automatically on my Oppo Find x3 pro, despite having all permissions and auto start etc. Shame!
I would like a refund , can't locate contact info for the developer. Update (4/14) still no response after multiple emails.
Very inconsistent, sometimes it starts, sometimes doesn't.
Works fine, but the same feature is now built into Google maps..
Worked on Google Maps in Android 9, but not working in Android 10.
Never worked. The app started but only showed two lines.
Great app although doesn't work in Android auto screen with Google not allowing
Use to love this app but now it will not work on my Huawei ascend xt2 tired what you say to do but still won't work I give up deleting
Didn't work on Google maps through Android Auto
Unpredictable , shows and hides on its own...
love it! great patch to a good app.
I can't able to download it . My internet connection is ok.
Pls don't try
Stopped working
Best
........ I am editing my previous comments.... Now this app is working good.....and speed is also showing in Google maps... Great app😃 ....
I paid for this app and it doesn't keep the right speed.. My speedometer doesn't work so I count on the accuracy of the app. It will jump from 52 mph up to 70 mph and it does it all the time. There was no way to try it first , so I bought it. I am going to uninstall it and use the free one I originally had because it works.
The frequent updates to the app by the developer creates a need to constantly reset the Android Accessibility feature to ON after each update. While this is an Android nuecence , the constant updates by devs feeds into the problem. Fidgeting with these setting after realizing the app isn't working while I am driving is dangerous. Devs, please learn to manage your release cycles to ease this pain point. Update:. I changed my rating to 4 stars. It's not the devs fault. Samsung battery optimizer resets Accessibility feature to off. Speed is accurate and I disagree with other reviews that say otherwise. It works well.
It did not work in my android phone. Oppo F1 S plus android 5.1. Please solve it
Waste of money. Speed is out by 15-20 mph!! A few miles I could live with. But when I'm going 20 and its saying I'm doing 45mph is ridiculous. Should have listened to the reviews and not bothered. Its not much money but beside the point.
Installed this on my Honor 9 and followed all instructions to the letter but the speedometer will not show up on anything, not even its own app let alone Google maps or Google maps go. Update: after a lot more searching and head scratching I discovered drop zone permissions in the phone manager app. in there is the speedometer button to switch on drop zone. Now it works, at last.
