The app is unresponsive and hard to use. It definitely needs work. Also, for some reason, my keyboard malfunctions when I use it or even try to type out this review. Would NOT recommend until issues are sorted.
the worst app ever, the prices are extremely high. like tripple what other apps charge for the same distance. the app on Android doesn't show you how much you are supposed to pay which is ridiculous because it's the driver who tells you how much. then, they lie that there is a discount etc.
Very pathetic app. The most unreliable taxi service in Kenya. The app hangs everytime and the office line is never picked. I don't even understand why corporates use this service.

i had a very embarassing situation..i received your SMS that i will be rewarded a free ride over Easter Holidays ,..it took a long while to get a taxi since the App was offline each time ...when rhe Taxi driver arrived to picked us we got him and alerted him of the offer he tols us as ,the company will not pay for the ride so he had no option but ask us to get another taxi .we apologized for the disturbance...he too felt sorry about it..we understood.. his position...

South B Shopping centre Nairobi to Nyayo House in traffic took about 30 minutes total paid Kshs.630. App showed Kshs.280. On return journey a new driver had already started the journey on his app cost Kshs.1,280. I called Maramoja was charged Kshs.280. These two trips show Maramoja taxi drivers apps overcharge.
Honestly i think there should be negative star ratings because the only rides you are going to get is a ride to and fro the company asking for your payment ... a downgrade to the useful taxi service in kenya heri nipande matatu this some stupid @ss old bullsh!t
The rides are relatively cheap, 👍. The app hangs sometimes and is slow. Also, the registration numbers on the app sometimes don't match the actual registration of the cars picking. This is a security concern, please ammend asap.
