Can't log in, seems the app is inactive

Having worked with the app, I realized 2 shortcomings 1. The app doesn't have records of trips done, either this is to conceal transparency or you have lazy developers. I resorted to taking screenshots for reference and got tired since an app is supposed to ease life and this isn't. 2, On ending corporate trips it assumes you have received cash which is not the case. At times it gives an option of the trip being invoiced and at times it doesn't. Was this app tested really, or are we testing it?

Behaves like a spam, so many pop ups especially when the internet is on. Most of the time the only option is to uninstall then install when you ready to go to work. Driver can't view his data, trips taken, distant covered, time taken. Under billing!

Hate the fact that after going offline the app doesn't disappear on top. So l set the app not to appear on top but it keeps on prompting me all the time to appear on top.l un install it on that. Kindly work on that.

Not been paid on some of my trips as per my work, for the last 3weeks. Some trips are undercharged and not rectified when doig payments . The app is not well elaborated for the drivers to know their balances and the trip done, and all the charges that are charged.

This app is in use while in real sense it has to be still at testing stage with bossy team of management with little or no customer care skills. Always having issues with payment, no transparency to there calculations

Not stable, not driver friendly when it comes to payments, client not secure since ride cannot be tracked/followed, lack of transparency.

prompts me to update it on a daily basis. also, what's with this preference option? why sign me up as a driver if you already have preferred drivers?

Keeps hanging when on a trip, you must call customer care to have trip fare adjusted. Driver cant see trips completed. Very jua kali application

The app is depedable,its has been well to me,helping many youths,created meny jobs to.youth,so for me i can say download the app,thankyou.

Poor app.this is because the last trip I did wasn't adequately compensated. I wasn't paid for my 24 km trip I made and when I raised the issue, a lady called me and asked identify the person who connected me with the trip from your office yet she didn't identify herself and that was the last word from maramoja. Drivers are losing money to your company through your incompetent staff

Its very good app and its good for driver. Please do something so that us driver we get more job and we,re readly to supper the maramoja app.

We only need the home screen widget when online. Until that is rectified I will disable it.

They just deactivated my account because I asked for payment poor arrangement they don't care whether you have been paid or what

You can't even sign up. Also I see no need for the app to always run in the background.

No visible records of trips done by the driver. Delay in payment by the office

Unstable app keeps on crashing and unable to go online, cannot access app settings

The app since directed to only one driver at a time is manipulated from the office who only give comrades all rides..... Let it be free for all drivers like before... So far boring no work

Working with maramoja is the worst app ever! No transparency and you will find another young lady trying to convince you how good they are while their rates are worst in the market. They will remove some trip and pay what they want. Just nonsense
