Residents of Marathon NexTown can not register. Not sure why the communication was put in the lobby in the first place. This is so dissapointing.

Best building ... The society has started providing many facilities from now like gymnasium .. and trollys etc.etc And it will develope more .. but it will take time to develope

Only for Indian Residents. What about NRIs?
at present no facility available here, like garden swimming pool and shops etc.. nothing is here. but maintenance charges too high ₹6.50 psf + 18% GST.
