Never used my card but received a letter to tell me that my interest rates have rocketed for one reason or another. Noticed that my credit limit had also increased significantly. Went to the app; doesn't work. Came here to see if it needed an update and saw all the negative reviews. Seems the app has been a problem for months and hasn't been fixed. Far from ideal...
awful app..waste of time. used it to pay online, got code and opened app, confirmed payment, back to online purchase, conf that had conf on app...nothing. well within limit....abs waste of time. shall pay this off and stick to my barclaycard that WORKS. technology going backwards...add this to all the other issues had with marbles....no issues bcard or cap1...and no, will not be wasting my time calling your "special agent"....
Great App. Shows me all my transactions, balance, when my payment is due. Very easy to make payments. See your monthly statements. Has everything you need.
App is absolutely shocking. Everytime I try to pay with card confirming through my banking app the application resets. Also add save card details again l
The app keeps circling and won't load. That can mean late payment. I am thinking of cancelling my card even before I use it. Very bad. And I see reviews from 2020 saying the same thing. It's 2022 why haven't this been fixed yet?
App does not open so no idea what balance or payment is cannot use the other option as it constantly says wrong user name. Please can we get it sorted. Your not the only app that's no longer working but it's getting beyond a joke now
Issues with the app not showing my current limit correctly, also issues with marbles taking direct debit on the 28th of March which I ended up having to pay on the app(hope it works as its came out my current account)
Trying to sign into app and keeps telling me something went wrong and to retry, been like this for the last 3 days and no information given and no way I can access the app.
I can't pay back the card! This is done on purpose to make me pay interest. I simply can't make payment because app doesn't rect to my youth only when trying to pay

marbles is a fantastic credit card to use and so far iv never had any issues and when it comes to paying my bill it takes a few seconds to complete on my phone app it's as easy and simple as that so well done marbles keep up the good work.
Same as other users, slow loading and nothing happens, fingerprint does not work.
Just had a Samsung update to 4.0UI on Android 12 and now app crashes before it has a chance to open. Worked fine before. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but doesn't fix it. Please fix asap. Update 14/01/2022 app now fixed and working normally. Good job 👏
I'm travelling in Asia now and couldn't open the Marbles app, same to Auqua and Amazon card apps. These 3 all look at the same system/design. While my other bank apps are ok to open and use as usual in the UK.
App will not open, just says "something went wrong please try again" for about 2 weeks now. I can't use this account without an app.
My pass code is wrong, the new pass code I made is also wrong, the OTP that was AUTOFILLED from the TEXT is wrong - app is bugged and I cba using it anymore
Stopped working a few months ago. Login screen greyed out and won't accept code.
Fully functional app, but incredibly slow. I have accessed this app on multiple devices, multiple connections (3g,4g, 40mbs WiFi, 200mbs WiFi) and on multiple versions of Android. On every occasion it is infuriatingly sluggish and slow switching between screens within the app. On many occasions I have simply given up waiting and closed the app.
The app used to work for the most part although having to add my payment card details every time I paid my bill was frustrating. However, this morning I updated the app because the fingerprint access wasn't working and afterwards the app simply wouldn't load. After trying several times I couldn't get it to work so I uninstalled the app so I could try installing it again. Now it won't even install. Totally useless.

Terrible app. Always a problem with it. Can't make a payment for about 3 or 4 days as the loading screen just cycles and doesn't actually load the page. Went on the website and its the same thing. A window pops up and asks to trust the device or not to trust the device. Surprisingly you can't click on any option. Therefore the page is just sitting there with your account in the background which you can get to. So both services are pathetic
Worst app, worst credit card company, shocking service, won't authorise transactions even with your pin number then tells you to call the fraud department that was closed
It's easy to download on apps and also the payment.
I had to uninstall the app and then reinstall it to get it working correctly

Has been very good until now. Cannot seem to access and follow through all security settings and complete what is requested. Have uninstalled and reinstalled at least 12 times, also have rebooted phone 24 times approximately, just in case. The app also has a great deal of my personal information wrong and cannot correct it. This has never happened before, so I am puzzled, bewildered, confused, upset and sad. Please action this URGENTLY?! THANKS! Appreciate your understanding.

very easy to use...very happy can pay by phone,no problems to link this card to Google pay
Worked fine until update now just displaying Oops something went wrong so annoying and frustrating that you can't even access your own personal account, will not bother with card or account. Have just moved my rating up to 3 star as i had a very quick response, i have already deleted app and reinstalled but will try again because as i said it was a very good app
