Whatever the most recent versions of this app are, it's baaaaaaad. The app attempts to solve the franchise problem by making the app essentially a browser to the mobile version of the store's website. API needs a revision methinks. The UX is among the worst I've ever had. Back gesture on the checkout screen takes you to the splash screen? What? They're lucky they make the best delivery in my area... 🤷🏽‍♂️

What is the issue with this app!!! It has only worked once, that was the first order. After that it has never allowed me to place an order once I select pick up or curbside. Ridiculous.... it 2022 for crying out loud can you get this fixed it a hassle. It's not like apps are new technology. Get with the times!

Love the pizza and order frequently but the app/website is absolutely horrendous. In fact I often just call the store because of how difficult it is to use. It's painfully slow and not intuitive to navigate. Everything is just clunky and doesn't flow very well, and did I mention how slow it is.

While the food is absolutely delicious, this app is not. It used to be. But recently, every time I open it to try to make an order, it just keeps saying "Oops, something went wrong. Try again later." Annoying. At the same time though, I just take it as meaning the universe doesn't want me to cheat myself out of more weight loss. Lol

I've ordered twice now on the app. Both times an error message shows up stating my card payment cannot be processed. HOWEVER, there are charges on my account. I went to the store and they stated my order was never sent. So basically it's precharging my account but not sending the order in. The only reason I gave it 1* instead of the 0* it deserves was because the employee at the store gave me the online discount that I was supposed to receive by ordering on the app. App is useless

Latest updates to app have rendered it useless. I have tried to order and it says "address not found on map"...this is bad concerning that other pizza brands don't have this issue on their apps. Marco's has pretty much lost my business with them because of this.

Nothing but glitchy nonsense. Won't let me place an order for delivery even though I'm in one store's range and it also won't let me change stores!! Seriously!! I like Marco's pizza, but I really hate this app. It has been nothing but trouble and honestly I'm probably going to stop eating Marco's because ordering is a nightmare. 3/21/22 Tried the app again: Still completely useless. 5/14/22 Awesome. It welcomes me by name, saves my order, but requires me to log in to checkout. STUPID.

Normally I don't leave reviews but since it's broken I thought I'd make an exception here. I tried to order today on 2 different devices using this app and after I hit checkout and filled out the guest details the contine to order details button didn't work. Didn't matter how many times I checked and re-entered my details it wouldn't let me continue to check out. This issue happened on a OnePlus Pro 8 and Galaxy S10 Plus.

Completely the worst app ever! I can't even sign in to create an account. They need my address three times and they still can't get it right! The employees at thr closest shop don't even know how to use the app! Domino's app works great, I'll just start going to Domino's just for the convenience!

If you hit the back button on your phone in the middle of an order it takes you out of the order, you have to use the in app back button at the top. Then it doesn't give you an estimated time until after you place you order. Then when it's going to take two hours for a delivery there is no way to cancel the order in app. Will not ever use it again. Not worth the time just call.

The payment screen just screwed up the whole deal for me. You used to be able to just pay for your food. Now you have to be redirected to another site 'pick the squares that have traffic lights', and add your payment info on a microscopic screen. OMG, what year did we go back to??? It's unfortunate, because I love their pizza and subs and use the app often. But, this isa game changer for me.

Coupons/specials don't work half the time. Your loyalty point coupons disappear? Who thought that was a good idea? The app used to be passable, but there haven't been any major improvements in years.

Just updated the app. Had no issues. There are some cosmetics that could be improved like listing putting crust toppers in the same order for every menu item. :) otherwise worked as expected.

Great app, super food 2022 update. I'm a bit surprised of all the negatives comments on the app. I've Been using it for 2 years now. I love your food and the app works as advertised. It's not perfect but it's functional.

My family loves their pizza, but the app is so bad we don't eat there as often as we would. This latest update doesn't even allow me to see and use the menu. When it did "work", it didn't let me apply my coupons half the time. If I give up and call, I call another pizza place.

Added Hot Deal Deep Pan Pizza and 3T for 13.99. Toppings added were Pepperoni, Italian Sausage and Green Pepper. When I click on add to cart it says to "Please read the instructions below and review your order". The instructions say "Deep Pan Pizza with up to 3T for 13.99. Couldn't use the deal and ended up just building my own pizza for 18.99 instead of the advertised 13.99. Two thumbs down. 👎👎

It's not front and center which shop you're ordering from. I often ordered my pizza from a store that doesn't deliver to my address, because I forgot the change the default store. And when that happens, you can't cancel the order either.

App worked great in beggining, it needed a update so I did that now won't work, called the store they said no app deals on call in order. Gave up after 30 min trying. I ended up ordering from competitor.

I've seen all these reviews about problems with this app. I've never had any issues like they have described. It works great and is easy to use. Perhaps it's the user and not the app.

You new payment system is garbage. I hate the stupid picture chosing roadblock I have to go through every time I try to order. Half the time I enter all my credit card info in the stupid sysyem and it fails to work. I'm sick of it! You've lost a loyal customer.

When I got on this app to order it stated I had 8min to place my order which I did in 3mins. The app confirms my order and so I set out to drive and pick up dinner for fam. SURPRISE THE WORKERS ARE CLOSING DOWN STORE FOR THE NIGHT! WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO KNOW! FIX YOUR INFO OR MAKE YOU EMPLOYEES WORK THERE ENTIRE SHIFT INSTEAD OF CLOSING BEFORE YOUR HOURS STATE.

Would rate this zero. Not sure what the point is offering online only deals if you are stuck on a constant loading screen and the online doesn't work.

App says update available however that doesn't appear true. When trying to enter credit card information display is too tiny to read.

Marco's Always has the Best pizzas, and the Service is second to none. This app is fast and efficient, not to mention easy to navigate!

App is extremely complicated to use also it is not a customer friendly app. Switching between menus are hard to use.
