It was wonderful when it worked. The kids learned quite a few new things that they would excitedly tell me about. However, there are too many technical issues that have to be corrected. It worked perfectly the first week, then it suddenly started to freeze up when the kids would watch a video. Needless to say, very frustrating for a 5 & 4 year old. I tried clearing the cache on the tablet, but that didnt work. I cancelled my subscription.
Very glichy with unresponsive customer service. We love the app but it rarely worked on my phone. My son would often wait and wait for the videos to load up or the videos would stop suddenly and skip to another part of the lesson. We tried everything tonget the app to work, using a different device, resetting app, resetting internet, phone etc. Nothing worked. It's a shame but too expensive to waste money on when it doesnt work properly.
What a lame app! Promising, but you can't even try one thing without signing up for a subscription and "free trial" and jumping through several hoops in a ten minute sign up experience. Not worth your time if you don't enjoy administrative work. Response to response: enrollment takes 10 minutes, not 10 seconds. For one, you're asked to verify your email address... We did use the app and it was actually pretty good... the difficulty of simply trying it sends many users onto the next app...

So glad that we have this app esp when the school was closed in last few months. My son learned so much from it! Only comment I would have is that I wish the activities or learning focus can be more tailor-made for different age groups. The content and activities are now perfect for my 5 years old boy but somehow too difficult for my 2.5 years old girl to understand. Other than that, we love it!
the app looks really fun at all but you can't play it without paying. that gets me upset because you see, I don't have a credit card yet. it would be great if there was a free version so this way not only not those without credit cards you can play but those who cancel your free trial will also be able to play as well!
The app worked great the very first time I logged in and my daughter LOVED IT!!! Truthfully, so did I.....however once I signed up for a subscription the app never worked again. I tried on apple and android devices to no avail. As soon as you submit your information to the login screen, it starts thinking and from that point never moves. Your app will just continue "thinking" until your device dies; no time out, no error message, nothing. I can't even get to the parent section to cancel my subscription! I'm SO disappointed!
The app doesn't allo entering emails with numbers and non-letter symbols, same for passwords. No way to use it, since it requires this info to start with. Additionally, it has only one option of 7 days only free trial, and then you automatically pay £45 for the whole year. This is really unsettling. I am deleting it, as already lost half an hour dealing with access and promotions not working. Lost opporunity to get a new customer.
So many problems with this APP! it took firever to load, most of the time it wouldn't. I uninstalled and reinstalled three times! I really wanted this to work for my son, it looked amazing but with all the bugs and errors I had to uninstall and find somethibh else 😣
We love it, the kids will happily watch all sorts of videos on dinosaurs, space, ocean animals and we discuss their favorite facts from each lesson. We are a "crafty" family and really liked the arts and crafts tutorials, alphabet art in particular has been great for learning too, keep more art videos coming please!
Fantastic. My five year old loves it. I love it. Fantastic interface. Only criticism and I appreciate that a lot of work goes into expert lead apps- is the price. I'm happy to invest as I had a voucher from my mobile provider but I would have a hard job convincing anyone else to.
Stutters and you can't make what they are saying in the videos. I'm sorry but my son can't even use it. Terrible app. Waited months to see if they would fix it and still have not. Don't waste your money. UPDATE: after my review they reached out to see if they can help and fix can't ask for more. Will update if or when fixed
Button stuck my child can't continue on to video! Only on Android. Working fine on iphone. But I don't want her on my iPhone!! Fix!!
Very cool app! Kids love it! Lots of characters and various content! Not only keeps them busy but they also learn a lot :)
I am so glad I purchased this app. With schools being closed and remote learning in play, my child gets to continue learning and have fun while doing it. BEST MONEY SPENT ON AN APP!
We have had this app for an easy 3 years...it is incredible the amount of awesome information my son has learnt! But it is expensive and being a single mum it does put a pressure on our expenses!
Cancellation has been awful. In the app you can view your subscription but not cancel. And I canceled from my laptop twice and still being carged
I canceled even before the 7 days expiry as stated when I did the trial. My son is not at the right age for the app and yet I still got charged the annual subscription. Please refund the money you charged.
Content is good but highly unreliable and buggy app. Keeps hanging and says internet lost when other apps works just fine.
There has been a problem with my subscription and I cannot use the app even though I have fully paid for a year of using it. Customer service is not responding to my queries.
Great app! My nephew loves it! It really saves my brother-in-law sanity during this coronavirus times plus my nephew learns a lot! His favourite character is Lilly :)
Good content. My kid enjoyed playing the puzzle game. Unfortunately, I was not receiving sound quality on my OnePlus 7 mobile so cancelling my subscription...
So I downloaded the app for my daughter but it wasn't appropriate for her age. The app kept crashing. They charged me the full price. I asked for a refund which hasn't been provided.
This is very worst and all ways hang. This really disappointed. Please do not use and fall for their advertisement and awards.
Fun and creative. Great app for home schooling. You can leave the kid alone to explore, or play togather. Learn an play and have nice time.

Love the app. Just updated it a few seconds ago and now the little bus that is supposed to take you to your adventures does not work. The calendar never loads as well. Ive restarted the app several times and restarted the device.
