I have never had so much trouble until the last two times I tried to buy movies. But it keeps saying there is an error no matter what payment method I use. I uninstalled the app and it keeps giving me that stupid error message. I went through the payment part and when I go to complete the transaction, it said there is an error. I log back into the app, and our seats were taken! So I don't know if we were charged twice or if the payment went through anyway. So stupid please fix the bugs in this app. Used to work so well.

This is the WORST app. It shuts down all the time for no reason, doesn't show the photos of the movies anymore, and i can't find the tickets i purchased on the app. I miss the old, reliable app. I'm super disappointed in this "new and improved" unreliable app. I really hope Marcus gets their IT department on this SOON to fix all these bugs

Worse than old app. How's that possible. Glad they increased ticket prices to pay for this crappy app. Someone's head should roll over this. Lacks pretty basic functionality available in old app. Someone clearly rushed the requirements gathering phase of this project. Wish they had competition in my area.

app was working fine until today. now it throws error saying unable to connect to the internet and won't load the app home screen. please fix this bug. I have tried connecting to WiFi as well as LTE. same issue. tried uninstalling the app multiple times to no avail.

DO NOT GET THIS APP!!! This used to be a good app. Back when you can select seats and order tickets through it. a year ago they changed so you can't even store gift cards in the app. Something happened Now it's nothing but a glorified add for movies. Completely NOT useful. About six month ago I went to my local theater and they said they were updating the app. Updated they've made it even worse!

Used the app earlier today, no problem. Tried several times use again later in the day, it has crashed. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times, nothing gets better. Can't get anywhere on the website either. Come on Marcus. Hope my points and giftcard info is still available.

All of a sudden I'm having trouble with the APP. Not showing all movies and has a "movie" titled 'upgrade moble app'. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and theres no update and i havent found another app. What's going on?

it wont let me upgrade my app. clicking on the upgrade word in the app does not work, uninstalling and reinstalling does not work either..lost points because it would not recongize my card and i couldnt purchse via app, so i got the 2 tickets but no points really dissapointing.

I love this app. I've never had problems with getting it to work when I need it and habing a digital member card is wonderful. It's extremely convenient and I don't go to any other theatres anymore.

Most recent update bricked the app, it freezes at a loading screen when you first open the app then says that it cannot connect. I tried over data and WiFi. I have a Pixel 2 XL.

since the new app launched (which i cannot log into, says my email doesnt exist) my local theater doesnt show anything for movies or times, and obviously i cant buy tickets either. why not re-do the existing app instead of launching a new app and rendering them both useless? for a large company, i am wildly disappointed and would give fewer stars if i could.

Seemed to be fine but suddenly not working correct. For some theaters only had theatre name no movies. Can not find what is at my show. Says update app but is listed like a movie and on Google app does not show needs update.

Great concept, very poor execution. Most of the time what is playing won't even load. You are supposed to be able to use this for their rewards program and 98% of the time that doesn't work either. You are better off just using the website.

There are a few quirks in the app, but I still like it and the rewards program. The only real problem is you can't cancel your tickets through the app. You have to actually go to the theater to do that. They couldn't even do it over the phone when I called.

I use this app extensively. Suddenly about two weeks ago it stopped opening. I've tried rebooting the phone, reinstalling the app, it's simply useless now. Up until it started doing this it was a 5 star app

either brings up an ad that locks up the app, or gets stuck on the loading screen. I've installed and uninstalled 4 times. Ridiculous .

It was fine, but like others, it's been saying to update for weeks now but there isnt an update. and if you click a time for an update, it tries to charge $12 plus dollars. what a waste

Tells me to upgrade app - My app is up to date and I am still unable to see movies that are playing and I have uninstalled and reinstalled and still nothing - not the first time having issues with this app

I love this app. Makes it so easy to find movies available on the day and at the time we want. Also buying online and accessing rewards is so easy.

App not working today. Shows an error that it, "Cannot connect to the internet". This just worked last week when we went to a movie.

Stick with Fandango app Can't exchange or refund tickets with this app, you have to drive to the theater where you purchased them for (online). With Fandango you can exchange/refund.

doesn't work! installed/uninstalled multiple times. won't load and receiving can't connect to the internet error. I'm connected to the internet.

DELETE THIS!!! There is a NEW version only available on their website. This one won't let people search show times. Wasted time setting this one up before it told me that it is now useless.

I can't see movies in my local theater because it says I need to update. there are no updates available so I can't reserve seats now. usually it works well

I love this app. Being able to buy and pick my seats even up to a week in advance sometimes. I find no flaws in this app and have been using it for years.

lost all my reward points from original card, now this card has a zero points. Every time I use these apps I have to sign on with new card. Disappointed.
