Not at all a user friendly app. I changed my store location at least 3 times while shopping and still when I went to check out it was wrong. Kept saving items to my delivery cart rather than store pick up cart, had to change that multiple times. Just annoying to have to change things over and over. And why not use PayPal, apple pay or Google pay? Had to enter my payment info multiple times as well.

Would give 5 starts but the scan feature doesn't work any longer. When trying to scan items in store it gives some incorrect license message 🙄. If the scan feature gets fixed will update my rating

Won't let me sign in. Went online to sign in. Back to app & still couldn't sign in Edit: still don't use the app. I just clip coupons on your website. If you added a store map (to find products) to your app I might reconsider using it. Map would be helpful since your store layout makes no sense.

The bar code scanner has stopped working and it has been such since the January. I felt it was an issue with my version, uninstalled and installed the app again but the error still persists

Spent days making a shopping list. In the middle of adding items, the app has me log in again and clears the shopping list. Good way to piss people off

App has never been correct about where things are at or stock levels. When I open the barcode scanner I get: Error 15: The Scandit SDK license validation failed. Your app ID does not match the license key's app ID.

Great store, app not so great. For a Pick up order I used several store coupons. Problem is if they don't have let's say one of four items needed to use a coupon you loss the coupon and pay full price for the other three items. You are not given the option to add or subtract any items. So I ended up with less items while paying more money. Would have preferred to add an item to use the coupon.

Overall it's fine, adding coupons is quick and easy, and it's simple enough to search for products. The biggest disappointment is that the total savings stopped calculating - as soon as we moved into 2022, it stopped tallying savings. I don't know if there's some disconnect between my card and account, or what's gone wrong.

App was working OK until the last time I went to the store. The bar code scanner has stopped working with "error 15: the Scandit ADK license validation failed. Your app ID does not match the license key's app ID." I ant scan items to look for coupons without this feature.

App screws up every time i try to clip a coupon. I never get coupons....

Fix the broken scanner. We cannot check prices anymore.

I have come back to the app after a couple of months break. It is horrible. I use it for clipping digital coupons. The interface is not intuitive. There is no way to see what i have clipped. The system stops adding coupons after an unidentified limit is reached. There are no longer filters. The old vetsion was far from perfect but this one is a nightmare. Have they done any user acceptance testing? Highly doubtful. Bring the old version back.

Took 2 seconds to see this app is garbage. Navigation is excruciating. Trying to order a custom cake is impossible. Do I want Pickup or Delivery? No matter how many times I answer, the app doesn't seem to remember, and when I select one, it never remembers what store I had chosen. It's like a kind of purgatory, where I'm going back and forth between choosing Pickup and Location again and again and again until I uninstall.

not sure what happened to the older format but this app and UI is terrible. previously the app sorted the cart by department. that was helpful in keeping track of items. now it looks like it's just the order of adding to the cart. also I can't sort by price or unit price anymore. and the department filters are terrible. e.g. you go to breakfast but can't narrow to cold or hot cereal like in the previous app. not a good experience. there are more things that made the experience sucky but I'm out

This app is really pretty awful. It's hard to search and add products. The account setup feedback notifications don't make sense. It wouldn't take my number and the only feedback is that it should start with 3 numbers which were actually entered correctly. I tried to reset my password with another email and it sent me a password reset link that goes to a database error. It's just amazingly bad.

I dont normally review apps but this is by far the worst I have used. There is no search function for coupons and the filters are a mess, not even alphabetically organized. So good luck adding products when you find coupons in the store. The frustrating part is Marianos is owned by Kroger, and their app is extremely functional and easy to use. I would give this no stars if I could.

Great addition to Orland Park shopping. Very good produce. And the deals and coupons are great. I've never actually been inside..lol I strictly have been shopping on their app and picking up. Every once in a while you run into a hiccup. But nothing the staff hasn't taken care of. And about 85% on there product availability. the reason for the -1 star is because of that product availability, and the fact that app doesn't tell you what you're missing until you actually go and pick up your order.

Zero stars, Won't let the existing rewards transfer over to the application. So, I paused for 5 months purchasing cause of the false advertising. Denied, any access to my accounts thru the application. I've had the same phone number for 20 years. I only wanted one account with the collective points earned. I was made to start another(third)to get the advertisted saving. Now, the account isn't valid because the number is used by account that's non-accessible. What a joke!

Love it but the bar scanner isn't working and hasn't been for awhile. I've even updated the app, Uninstalled and reinstalled it and nothing. Is it down or unavailable now?

Search auto suggest does not work. Search results are accurate about 10% of the time. Sometimes loads past orders, sometimes not. Taxonomy for filtering is a joke. I use this every week, but have to pain through a 35 minute process to order about 30 items. The slow speed is painful, embarrassing for a major retail brand. Almost quicker going to the store. Only silver lining, the clicklist workers have significantly improved since I started using the service 14 months ago.

Near impossible to find coupons to clip to your account. If I search for the item I should be able to add the coupon from the search. Sorting by filter isn't even alphabetical. They don't know how to make an app. Makes shopping incredibly frustrating. I'm going to Walmart.

Is it possible to give ZERO stars for an app? Couldn't even register until I GUESSED that I needed to skip the 4th character in my card number. Attempting to clip coupons results in "An unexpected error" every single time. At least the stores, the food, and the selection in the stores are all ok, but this app is a horrible waste of time. I want my star back, LOL...

Installed and tried to set up an account Gave me a text box to enter an existing rewards number. I both entered the number 2x and the app "had trouble with the number'. It offered to create a virtual number. Yeah great, dealing with 2 numbers would be easier no doubt. And the number would not scan off the card either. So just another app inflicted on consumers without being fully tested. I immediately uninstalled it.

Slow at times, barcode scanner unusable before of some licensing errors?

Cumbersome app, not easy to navigate, definitely not easy to clip coupons, not easy to set up a shopping list for purchase, nor to order online.

Why do you not have a search by price in the filter section????

Mariano's app is terrible (UI is not intuitive, difficult to search for items and coupons, coupons don't work, etc.) so I was glad to see they are redoing it. No idea what the timeline for the update is though, which is a problem, because their website on mobile is as broken for me as their app is or was.

Update: I'd like to see my Weekly Ad paper in the app, as well. Just e-clip coupons isn't enough.. Not so good. I wanted to use the app to download E coupons. I spent a lot of time clipping them and then they never appeared. It should be more robust than this . logon never seems to work right either.
