App is irrelevant to bank and performs better, so keeping in mind human error is easier to fix than a computer I would say it works great. Best choice to have or make using app, has only the downside of facing problematic people so required security practice of pending first use electronic transactions or deposits especially with check. Compared with other unions this was built sound.
Navigating is challenging, trying to find the member number or search on the app is nearly impossible. Can't set up any auto pay and when needing to do one time payment, it should link to the account rather than require an entirely new access or at least make the information available that is needed. Why is the account number for the loan not able to be used? I can't even pay the balance of the loan off because of the limits it has. Organization or app, issues somewhere
I see reviews about, how people dont see there balance go down. That there're paying all interest. And yes. You are. Not many banks borrow on trailer homes. Or deal with someone with bad or little credit. So of you go here. They help you. But you gotta make the payments. I've made three straight were I didn't see the balance go down. Its a ten year loan. The balance comes off fast at the end. I do think you graduate from this bank. Once they've help you get big boy/girl credit.Pay on principal!
Great experience with this app with one minor glitch. I recently switched phones and couldn't remember my login info and there's no option to retrieve your username. Had to call to get it.
It's okay. There are some features that aren't available such as adjusted balance after withdrawals and things like that but it is helpful overall to be able to see basic account information.
im sick of this app. it use to be such a perfect app and convenient to do mobile deposit. but now it is persistently telling me i logged on too many times when i have talked to SIX different MCU employees who have erased all devices SEVERAL times and it still will not let me log onto my app. how VERY inconvenient!!! which doesnt make sense if i can log in on my computer!!! i do not have time to cash my check and weekends you are closed. FIX this annoying problem. OR I will go to a different bank
TERRIBLE. Every time I try to sign in. I get a different set of confusing screens. Again (months later) I'm confused. E-mail tells meI can get as "monthly statement" but Log-in screen gives me no path to do so !
When I checked my balance online it said I had a certain amount. O went and got some lunch which was less than the amount my online banking app said I had. The next day I checked my balance to see if my deposit went in and I see I am negative balance because of a charge that showed up that didn't reflect my current balance. Funny thing is the unknown charge was in Wisconsin and I've been out of state since 2 days prior to the unknown charge. Something is suspicious and I'm not happy about it
Online banking is nice, but the errors for bill pay are ridiculous. I'm getting get tired of not having my payees load or getting repeated error messages when trying to look at payment histories.
Easy to use. Convenient. Need to have a message telling when transactions cannot be conducted - timeframes at night when system is not processing mobile deposits and transfers but does give balances.
This bank is a scam i got charged 2 35 dollar fees for an an automatic payment that drew my account a little bit in the negative that when it got taken out told me i had the money to cover it. Then i called about it and the lady was completely rude giving me smart remarks instead of trying to help me with the situation! Your better off going prepaid until a better bank is found
deposit feature doesn't always work, depends ok what kind of check and where the dollar amount is listed on the check, you may not be able to deposit the check. Frustrating when the physical branch is located 1 1/2 to 2 hours away.
The bank is terrible in general. The app never send an email with pin to even get into app. The staff never updates information for clients. The it designer if the website should be fired are never allowed to design a web app or page again.
The app is functional and I can do most banking using it. However, using the mobile deposit function should not be restricted on deposit amount. The bank's hours of operation limits me from walking into the bank for transactions and therefore, should remove mobile banking restrictions.
Can't check secure messages via app. Tough to get important things done unless I'm actually at home to access them on a pc. Otherwise, great app!
The app is very convenient. I wish I did not have to put my password in everytime. I guess it's for security purposes, but I thought that's what the fingerprint was for.
Like the feel of small banking however when I make a payment say to one of my credit cards it takes several days to post in my account. Sometimes it won't even show that it is pending.
Very easy to use! I just wish I could make notes for my deposits like I can on the computer when transferring from account to account.
This has made my life less stressful. I can do all my banking on line and they are trustworthy. They always make my experience easy. I wouldn't bank anywhere else.
I have had nothing but a great experience when I go to bank. They are aways friendly, attentive to your needs, and curtious.
Marine Credit Union closed branches and insisted that using online banking solely is 'convenient" for their customers. Now I cannot even deposit a check through their online banking app! What a bunch of bolagna
Very happy with the MCU app. Haven't had any issues, security has been good. Can do almost anything on app.
Very frustrating! At least half the time I try to use it it won't open. The old app always opened for me.
Tried to log in but kept getting a invalid log in. Took a number of times before it finally let me in. Very frustrating.
great way to keep up with my account without spending so much gas and time. running back and forth to the bank to check the update on my money.
App is ok. Bank is a joke. Shouldn't need 3 different accounts to access our accounts and minor daughters accounts and then still can't mobile deposit. No one has a clue.
There aren't many options available for certain things. For example if you link an external bank account and that information changes later you're unable to remove that account in the app. There are also message center issues where a message is clearly there but is unable to be opened in the app while it's viewable on a web browser.
