Marine FCU Mobile Access

Bill paying and the balance of your account is confusing. You schedule a bill to pay today but the amount doesn't come out of your account right away and it seems to take a long time (days) to get paid. I also bank at Chase and their bill pay is do much better.

Overall, great and I use the app daily. I don't like the change that was recently made. I liked how transactions were listed by days, not individually. It's harder to se the dates now.

App was great until check deposit feature stopped working. After the update, you can't deposit anymore. It says tap screen to focus and take a picture. It neither focuses nor takes the picture. Please fix and I'll submit a better review. I only use the app for deposits .

This app is super helpful. I loved it until the latest update where they changed the interface of the account transactions. Now there is no break between days. Please go back to the old UI!!!

Mobile endorsement, non response from app. Back Snap shot kept saying error on edges after numerous adjustment, waisted alot of time. Have used other banking app without experiencing this difficulty. Probably won't use again for mobile, not trusting it.

I'm not a real digital guy,, but with patience and some practice I found this app to be very useful. I will admit I miss the old logo color but that's just me being sentimental. Keep up the good work MFCU.

No change! Still Terrible, drops the password. Reestablishing access is very difficult and time consuming. Due to these problems we rarely use the smartphone app.

Pretty easy to use I wish there set up was a little bit different

Love the fingerprint authentication on this app. App has all the functions you need in a simplified format. I prefer the app over the website. Don't change a thing.

I am new to it.. but I have found it most helpful!! Even was able to find out a certain place was taken a small amount out of my account each month and they had not been authorized by me!!

I absolutely love the app. I almost never have any issues with it and they make managing my accounts easier.

Easy-to-use, I can check my account daily and make transfers easy as well as other features that I like.

Overall not bad. The app is desperately lacking the ability to freeze a credit or debit card quickly and easily.

Its a decent app. A lot of bug fixes but they make it an easy experience and inform us of any downtime for app maintenance.

The mobile deposit is USELESS!! Hold the phone steady, NO SHAKING AT ALL and still get an error that the picture wasn't accepted. Here's a hint mfcu, make using the mobile app USER friendly not mfcu friendly, after all, members are WHY mfcu exists!!!!!!!

I love being able to do most everything from transferring, paying Bill's to just keeping an eye on my accounts and its easy to use.

Being new to the digital technology I was at first intimidated by this type of banking, now I can say it's really enjoyable. The only words I can add now is I love this app. I still love this app because it's so easy to use.

The app is user friendly, very fluid and responsive. No quess work is needed to navigate.

Now that they added the ability to block and unblock my card this app is perfect. All the convenient banking needs inbone place.

Does everything that I have tried so far. I don't like that I have to log in at least every six months (so I have been told) to keep auto payments going. I had them stop because I didn't.

Well at first it was a little difficult because it kept asking for a routing number but then I did live chat and the representative by the name Francesca really help me out thumbs up to her actually two thumbs up to her. After following her directions everything went great my payment was successful thanks to the staff at Marine Federal Credit Union you guys are awesome

The old app was amazing but since this new app I'm unable to use it can't login always tells me your information in not available please try again later and I have uninstalled the app then reinstalled the app still not work old saying if it ain't broke why fix it MFCU.

I'm not electronic savvy...but I love this quick & easy way of keeping up with my money... I can make a transfer,check transactions,etc... real quick...thank you Marine FCU!

This app is garbage. It takes me almost 8 mins to deposit a check. It constantly says we can't display your information at this time.

First time using the app to make a deposit.....I had no problems. Was able to follow instructions without any difficulty!
