Very accurate and easy to use, worked on Dock loading ships in the past and have used the app to see how far away ships are.
Live on a dock, and this is a great app for seeing what's due in/ out, and where they've come from.
Superb. Used on the Exmoor coast to follow visible shipping out at sea when out and about. Currently (June 2020) there appears to be a bug where the image of a ship only shows for a split second on the 'details' page though, not enough time to grab a screenshot for records. Somebody else mentions it too. If this can be fixed, the app would be even better.
Really is a great app, not many ads, subscription seems at a reasonable price, considering how much info you gain if you pay the $6. Even without the subscription, you still get a lot of information about the ships. I do have one recommendation for the developers though: Make it so you can organize 1 fleet, and split it into 2 or 3 fleets, just because I would like to be able to choose between seeing all of Disney's ships separate from all of my others.
Really enjoy the up-to-date information about the ships I see in the Columbia River - where they are coming from and going to!
As a casual user who lives by the coast it find it pleasant to know a little more about those passing by. Unfortunately more and more vessels are going to the satellite version so I no longer can see their details. As a pensioner the satellite version is too expensive. But thank you for making the basic version available to those like myself.
Generally very good although sometimes a bit behind the times.
Very good app. Does what it needs to do. Ads are not very intrusive unlike some of the other maritime apps around. Unfortunately the app is now only showing vast majority is ships as just 'cargo ship' without any other details. I will probably uninstall the app in a few weeks unless this is corrected.
Fun app! At first I was skeptical because it's missing quite a few, but now I'm realizing it might be a security thing since the missing ones are all Military. But it works pretty well overall and it's cool to see what ships on the horizon are and where others are in the world!
Have used this app for over a year, however this week it just freezes on the opening page. Can't do anything with it. Have uninstalled and installed but after one session it freezes again. A real shame
App is great before the update. The update has rendered the app unusable as ships no longer appear and the search function doesn't work. I have tried clearing cache, reinstalling, deleting history and resetting phone. The app still doesn't work like it did 1 week ago. Please fix the issue and send out a new update.

If you like full screen, unskippable, loud un-mutable ads, then this app is for you. Absolutely awful, used to be good. Walk straight past this app guys, there are plenty of other free options.
Quite possibly the worst user experience of any app I've tried. Service is (probably?) cool though, and it's free, but that's all in vain when the app is too painful to use. Riddled with ads, 404s, weird redirects to shopping sites when clicking "details" on a ship.
Completely pointless app, it just loads the Vessel Finder webpage and adds nothing of value (unless you really like ads ...). Might as well just bookmark that page and use your browser of choice, no need to install this. Two stars because it does get the job done ...
Good sometimes but also very unstable, crashes randomly but most annoying thing is when you want to see the photo of the ship, it flashes on for between a split second and a few seconds and then it's gone.
Since the app was updated the map is a lot smaller, just a third of my screen. i can find nothing in the settings to alter it. waste of time unless you have exceptional eyesight!
Stunning! Displays position, speed & direction of all the shipping at sea, and even on major rivers. Uses different colours for different types of ship. And it even shows pictures of the ships. Superb.
Would like to give a better rating but really can't prove how accurate it is. Paid version looks better but same issue. The idea is great and I love checking out the ships around the world. Good app.
Thought this app would be updated ship info but wasn't. It uses the same screens as other useless apps. Doesn't update at all. The screen shows information from one week ago and I know they have moved since that time.
I have just started to install this app on a tablet and it has only given me the option of a 7 day free trial, and I have to put in some sort of payment details before I can use this app, I am one of those people who forget to cancel before the free trial ends so I have uninstalled the app straight away.
Useless and too many ads. I mean an ad as soon as I open this ap is ridiculous. Stop shoving people into premium packages. Im now Uninstalling. This app is too complicated, frustrating and not user friendly
