It has some useful information, but nothing you couldn't find on the internet with minimal searching. The quiz is an insult. There are 10 questions in each category. And when I say 10 questions I mean "10 questions". The same 10 every time. In the same order every time. There are other issues but this is by far the most galling but that'll do for now. This is not a thirty dollar app. Don't waste your money.
Its one of the better apps for learning but uts just "ok" theres only 4 quizzes at 10 questions each and its all quite minimal. Its not really worth $25 for the premium membership.
There needs to be more quizzes. This is why I got the app and there are only 4 short quizzes. Stick to free online material.
I've been using this app for many years and it's a great cheat sheet, especially for lights and shapes. I don't go out boating at night without it.
Very iseful and easy to use learning tool
Good but needs much more info imputed. For example, more specific types of buoys.

Could beef up the quiz section more.
This app would be good only for a quick reference when nothing else is available. Do not pay for it as a study aid although there is a quiz option, it's extremely basic. Google Search free ror tests instead.
A really great app for initial lookup, it does not, however, show all lights for the vessels e.g. anchor and signalibg lights would be a nice add.
Really good, needs more tests though. It is the same test related and only on 1 topic.
This app is fantastic. It has helped me learn and memorise the colregs, lights and related items.
Bought this app for access to the quiz. Quiz only covered 4 aspects. One quiz answer was incorrect. Terrible quiz.
This app is nice and good job, but the quiz is weak.
It' a very nice and complete app, but it lacks of some precission, when speaking about COLREG in spanish...
Good app but doesn't give much more if you pay for it . Only 4 quiz and rest of info useless . They should put more . Oh well...

Great app for a quick memmory refresher
A little disappointed.. The app is well built and easy to use, but I had to be a little hard with the rating, the translations have some issues when I switch from english to french. These are easy fixes and I think should be done for a 10€ app. Will be happy to help!
