It's a perfect package of Marine Navigational and Manoeuvring rules learning Materials, which we can put in our mobile instead of lot's of books.
Absolute waste of time unless you pay some exorbitant price for the full version
It is really nice application but is so sad that nobody is taking care of it to update it and to improve it. I'm gonna give 4 stars only beacuse of that. I hope the developer will still continue his good job.

Hi y'all, I've been reccomended this app by people from the sailing scene. It has some essential information in it about navigation, particularly lights, shapes and buoys. It's easy, quick and simple to refer to it under way too and works offline. I downloaded just the free version. Sam Cutler 🙂
