App seldom working... you have to call to order, therefore you don't earn any points! The coupon section is not updated regularly and often there's something wrong and tells you the offers is invalid....get your stuff together Mark's!!
Good app. Food sold thru it is sub par compared to going into a better marks location and ordering at the counter. Marks is the best. However the marks that served me in this app made a poor pizza in size, thickness and skimped on all toppings even thou i paid for extra. End result. RIPPED OFF JUST FORGET THIS APP AND GO TO THE MARKS PIZZA LOCATION YOU LOVE AND GET IT MADE YOUR WAY CORRECTLY
The app offers "deals" that expired 13 months ago. Deals were the main reason I installed the app. Expired deals are the main reason I'm uninstalling the app.
Generally easy to use. When I pick up my order it is always correct. Sometimes have trouble getting coupon codes to work.
Sometimes it works sometimes it won't allow you to select checkout it really just a guessing game when I use it. Like I just tried before writing this review and it won't work so thanks marks I guess I won't be having lunch today
Absolutely amazing service! I love this app and the pizza place! They make amazing food and make sure it's to the liking of the customer!
I think the best Mark's Pizza I have had in Rochester is at the Titus/Hudson Ave. Shop. We ordered there last week and their large Pep/cheese pizza was awesome and cooked perfectly! The Mark's I use because I live in Charlotte/Greece line area is Mt. Read and the consistency of their pizza is very hit and miss. Sometimes brown the cheese is actually burnt and sometimes it is ok. Nut I never know what to expect. Still I love Mark's the best as taste goes but I Feel the Titus Mark's is Awesome!
The Churchville Chili location always shows as closed. It will not allow me to order. Please fix this big.
ONLY thing I would complain about the app at this point, would be to PLEASE UPDATE coupons/specials in the app

Maybe the Closed but call us thing was just the day after Thanksgiving - it works okay now.

Dont order from Mark's the owner shut down a bunch of shops because he didnt wanna pay the minimum wage hike. Greed will always turn into Karma.

Just used this app and at first I was hesitant but I went ahead with it anyways cause I have no car to pick it up and it worked just got my food

App is amazing to use. Very easy. Only suggestion is it would be nice to have the option to put toppings on only half of the pizza. Other then that wonderful app!!!!!
