Markate : Job Management, CRM, Sales & Marketing

New to Markate and only been using a day so far inputting my customer contacts. 1st thing to be pretty frustrating on the app is entering their addresses. Every time I enter an address it recommends every possible option from countries around the world and not the address that's 4 miles away in my own town. So I have to manually enter everything for every customer. 👎

After update I can't log in It keeps saying invalid information I have shut my phone off. I have tried to reset password on my app as well as desktop and through my phone it brings me right back to log in . And through desktop it cha get the password but then I can't log in through my phone .

I tried to pay for subscription and app would just freeze. I emailed their tech support and got the automated reply that they usually respond within 24 hrs. It's been 5 days and nobody has contacted me about my issue. I created a couple of estimates that I can no longer access since my free trial expired. Unacceptable! Update: Markate customer service reached out to me. I'm not sure what happened there but I was given an extension of the trial for my the inconvenience. Updating to 4 stars.

The app had been working fine in the trial period. Didn't use it for a while during rona. Trial over and paid monthly fee. It pretty much just stopped working shortly after I paid. It's now frozen and won't work at all. Update. Emailed support and they were quick to respond and fixed the problem on their end

Probably the most user friendly, and contractor competent, software on the market. It just makes perfect sense for every possible necessity in running my business. I almost gave up on finding an app that could provide me with the processes and literary material needed to operate. Then I found Markate. Invoicing, mileage, trip logs, estimates, payment merchant accounts, employee management, customer database, arrival,in rout and job completion notifications, and reports along with tax info and reports. It saved my business and gave me the upper hand on my competition. No joke!

I highly recommend it for a field service software. It is very suitable for anyone in the servicing field. I run an appliance repair business. It will provide scheduling with a plugin for your website for inquiries and appointments. It also does invoicing and pushes it into QuickBooks. It does a two-way sync with QuickBooks I used housecall Pro prior to this. it is quite a bit more economical and practical as well as more user friendly then house call Pro.

Works perfect on the phone but I have issues with how it works on my Galaxy Tab. Would love for it be to be usable a landscape mode so I can use it with a keyboard. This upgrade would make it a 5 star easily in my book and I would have no problem purchasing the subscription.

I own a carpet cleaning buisness and this app has everything I need and then some at a very affordable price. Also if you ever need help they get back to you super quick. Super friendly staff and constantly making improvements.

Locked out and it won't even give me the option to buy. Worthless app and I lost all customer contacts within app. It takes me to options of extra things I can buy but won't let me click on anything or purchase anything. Worthless not working program don't waste your time or money.

I've been trying to get this app to work but I keep running into issues. First it wouldn't let me sign in, so I emailed support and no response. I emailed them a couple of days later and it worked. Now I'm trying to get into the app to use it and I can't get it to enroll my business. I just emailed support but we will see if I get a helpful reply. If they can get this to work I'll change my rating but I'm not holding breath.

As a self-employed, small business person, I struggled to find an app for estimates, invoicing and expenses that wasn't RIDICULOUSLY priced like Quick Books. At the time, I didn't know what CRM was and hadn't even imagined an app that would do scheduling, time clock, and route planning as well as the features I did searches for. I found Markate as a fluke, thru my You Tube channel's subscriptions, from another handyman. I hadn't thought to search for 'Handyman app" or "Electrician app." Markate keeps me organized and saves me money. I am so grateful to The Handyman for turning me on to it.

DO NOT GET THIS APP!!! If you plan to use it, its great but when you go to cancle theyll tell you its cancled but it never is. I have unsubscribed to this app 12 months ago and have cancled more than 6x with confirmation from their support teams that its cancled. They assure me everytime I wont be charged again but still every month; charged. I have support messages after messages showing all the times I have cancled and have been asured I wont be charged. My bank is currently investigating them

I changed my review from 3 stars to one star because I found out after the end of one year of service I was planning to switch back to my old invoicing and estimating app but after the end of my subscription they locked my access. So I was forced to pay for one month additional service in order to retrieve all of my client information unpaid invoices etc. Pretty raw deal after paying them $300 for the year that they hold all of my information hostage. Would not recommend very shady business prac

when I was having a problem with the app I sent a text to support about the problem I was having. I didn't expect them to get right back to me but they did. when they couldn't help me through texting, they called me and guided me through fixing my problem. this app does everything you need for a small business.

I really enjoy this app. I'm using the trial service now but will be subscribing for sure! This app really does what it says and more for a price that is GREAT compared to similar platforms. I have a small remodeling/handyman business and this app is really helping me when I'm away from my desk and needed to update information in the field. This app makes my company legitimate in the eyes of my customers! No wrinkled up estimate written on paper.. 😆 I want to thank the personnel at Markate!!

Markate is the best invoicing business software I've used so far. The are constantly improving the app with more features that help run my day to day business. I recommend them to any service repair business.

So far i can't even get an automated message that they are not in today. Iv send a message i get nothing. The customer relations looks good the issues I'm having is it looks like you need a separate money management software. If prefer to do it all in one app

There's no way to delete your account, no way to delete your personal phone number, no FAQ in this regard. After a lot of time I noticed under MyAccount a red colored incomplete circle with an arrow inside. I pressed on it not knowing what it does and asked me if I want to delete my account. After I pressed yes-confirm-ok-yes-yes: "cannot deactivate this account"

Wow! Love this for my general contracting business. Organizes customers and jobs, tracks income and expenses, tales care of all my invoicing. I like having my invoices ready to go as i complete the job. I can just text or email it right to them. I get paid on spot🤑 Shout out to Julia who works tirlessly answering questions on their FB group and emails. Got my question answered immediately. With pictures! Killer customer service!

HORRIBLE!!! Tells me it can't accept image when you try to upload (which is required) it wouldn't even accept a image with just text! Can't sign up, this app is frustrating to say the least.

I like the app it's great and I would recommend it to anyone but right now I'm not using the service but my former clients are still recieving reminders. Can someone please stop these reminders from being sent out?

I used a different software to manage my business and stumbled upon this one and am really liking it anytime I have a problem they fix it and have added new features and continue to add even asked to change something or make it better

The staff at markate are amazing. they really listen to their customers and fix any issues ultra fast. The pricing is extremely fair and they update options quite frequently. I came from HCP and I don't regret my decision! cant wait to see the next big update that will include inventory control!

Absolutely phenomenal. Top notch customer service. Julia Markate is amazing. I'm not sure how I ran my business so long without it but it has definitely paid for itself over and over again already. I'm a customer for life.

Buggy as hell. Would not work. Kept freezing up. Was not on a Blackberry phone. Using an Android phone with version 8.0

I really like customer service. Fast response and have adequate answer to my questions. I'm making a switch for their features and support.

Trying to sign up. Tells me it doesn't recognize my mobile number. Update- customer service was helpful. Will rate again once i have used it for awhile.

Frozen. Wanted to give this app a shot but I can't even get it to work it just freezes every time i run it

Really great app, just wish I could use it on my chromebook and not just my cell phone. Once it is available for that, I will change my rating to 5 stars!
