very bad experience!!! i made 3 orders and payment is done, they cancelled 2 of my orders and process one. when contact the service they say cancelled due to payment method no confirma??? bro payment already done and money deducted from my account. anyway, they refund moeny which will take 2 weeks to appear in my account. reorder the same things again but found all prices almost double!!! coupon also expired. customer service NOT HELPFUL at all. behavior is not like a company, it's like a shop 🤐

This is my first time to uesed this application shopping online I was order 4 kinds of items and all this items have promotional buy one get one free but I received only one items every order.. I was disappointed because this is not I expected.. I was so excited that someone calling me that my parcel is arrived my doorstep.. But when I opened it.. The free is not include every items 😢😢😢😢😢

very bad shopping experience with MarkaVIP. Ordered an expensive item, but when received, it was a poor quality of material, indeed it's a copy when I checked the product code online. Item was not properly working. And when claimed, no proper response either. I would never recommend anyone to buy from this online vendor.

Horrible interface. There is no proper menu or filter option to look for a specific category. That should be the basic in a shopping app!!

So disappointed. First they give discounts but turns out to be more expensive when you check out because of the many charges. Duty charge, shipping fee, COD charge so I decided to buy my stuffs in other online shops

A received a damaged item They asked me to ship it back and they will pay me the shipping charges. They only returned a small part of the shipping charges and didn't return the rest. Thieves

i will never use tgem again i used to buy from them since 2012 and then they closed all of sudden and i lost all my credit that i used to have from the refund. when they opened again they refused to credit it back .don't advise to keep a single dirham in ur account

I had very bad shopping experince. I bought Tory Burch bag and it was extremely damaged, chat with customer care was useless you will feel like you're talking to a robot. I wanted to return the bag but I know from other clients feedback that Maraka VIP never refund the money to thier clients accounts. I don't recommend this application at all.

I wanted to return an item with a defect but the app keeps crashing every time I file a complain. Please fix that
