I also couldn't get the store search or location to work. I tried enabling every setting on the app and on my phone. Even entered the fully qualified address. The search by address or name search bars do not work beyond entering text. The button appears to not trigger any script on the back end to actually search as the page does not change at all.

There's a lot going on here honestly. The overall interface is clunky and doesn't handle large text sizes very well. I give it location access and it only displays stores in the southern US. I'm not sure if MB is different there than it is in New England (in which case that would be on me) but that doesn't excuse the interface and text scaling problems.

Completely useless, doesn't work at all. I can't even get past the very first screen where it asked for my location and then proceeded to not allow me to find a store nearby and wouldn't let me enter an address. Complete junk, this is such easy stuff to program so I can't understand how their software can be THIS bad. They must have hired the literal worst programmers they could find.

Useless. Downloaded the app and selected "ALLOW" device location only for the app not to recognize this permission and tell me that permission wasn't granted so default locations will show. Then, when I tried to search for the Market Basket by address it still only presented out of state stores. I uninstalled and reinstalled to be sure re location permission and same old BS. Not impressed.

Does not work. Keeps telling me it needs location access to find local store but even when I grant it, app just lists about 20 stores in the South (I am in MA). No option to input my zip or town and app completely freezes up, have to close out completely. Uninstalling.

This app is for the chain of grocery stores in Louisiana and Texas, not for the chain of grocery stores in New England. There are a lot of one star reviews for this app because people don't read the description and take the time to realize that. If you like knowing the sales and like coupons sign up for their rewards program and give this app a chance. I've always had good experiences with Market Basket.

If I could give this app negative stars then it would be -5. NOTHING worked! I couldn't get past the "Find your store" page no matter what I tried. I couldn't get past it even when I tried to close it. This is an absolutely useless app. I'll stick with my Shaws & Hannaford apps which they've taken the effort to make actually useable.

If you dont choose from their very small selection of locations the app doesn't work. I live in NH and have at least 2 near me and NH wasn't even listed on their locations list. I searched for them and got nothing. I couldn't even use the app

Are you guys trying to imitate Krogers? If so, you need to up your game. If you are going to run a sale using digital coupons you must make sure there ARE digital coupons for us to clip. This app is one of the worst that I have ever used. I dont usually take my time to write stuff like this but geez louise....its bad.

Glitchy, clunky, not user friendly. Takes forever to navigate coupons, not worth the cents you save. Plus the stores often have poor signal and no wifi for guests to use internet to even find the coupons

It's impossible to use because it doesn't offer the ability to find the store location using GPS and when you put in the store address it fails to find it so it's useless.! I'm uninstalling

This is awful! I should be able to touch the item in the ad and create my shopping list automatically. That's how 100% other stores in 2020 do things. I love our local MB for their friendly people, but the company is stuck in the 60s on technology. Please get with the times and make shopping easier. And I don't mean just MB2go.

The app itself works fine, but the outdated computers in the stores can't keep up, I'm guessing... everytime I use my card it doesn't take off some of the coupons or apply the reward card prices.

App works fine. Also, to everyone saying it doesn't work with New England stores: That's because it's not made for those stores. The Market Baskets in New England are a completely different chain to the ones in Texas and Louisiana. This app was made specifically for the Texas/Louisiana chain of Market Baskets.

Does not cover New England areas. Tried many different ways in the search and tried to do location finder. Nothing. Cannot pass the Location screen.

Uninstalled within a minute. It will only show me store locations in LA and TX and I can't get past that first screen. Seems like a really poorly made app.

App needs an overhauling its useless to us on the east coast. Please do something about this we shop there too & you have plenty stores on this side of the country. Would be cool to be able to use the app.

It won't let me pick the correct Market Basket location. I'm trying to search for the main store that I go to and the list of stores won't change no matter what I type. Please fix your app.

This is NOT an app for DeMoulas Market Basket based in New England (79 locations). This is for a completely different company based out of Texas and Louisiana (32 locations) Hopefully I can save someone from installing this and wasting their time.

I use this app a lot to help me shop but today it's not working. I click on MB2GO and... nothing. I can get the coupons to work but really not much else.

Useless app. GPS doesn't work when you turn your location on nor does it work when you plug in an address or a zip code

I can't choose my location!! I try typing it in, and tried all different possibilities, and nothing! I have a list of MB, on the other side of the country.

I love the grocery store and shop there weekly, but this app doesnt work. I have a Google Pixel 3. I cant search for the store name (which should always be Market Basket, right?) Or address. It shows me stores in TX and LA. I'm from MA.

The store search function does not work The app will not find the store located one mile from my house. It only shows stores in Louisiana. Worthless.

I am disappointed that this app is not set up to include stores in New England. Market Basket wants to grow and expand yet their app doesn't work at all locations.

This app only works for Louisiana and Texas. The developers of this app really should have one for New England area, and nationally.

Great for while you don't have the paper flyer, but the app just doesn't want to work sometimes. With a little work it'll get the full five stars

I found out. It's just easier to go on your cellphone on, Google Map. Find Your Closest Market Basket Store Near You. Go on There Website. " Sign In" . Make a Shopping list. See Sales flyer. Save money. Place orders. Add to your home screen. " Don't down load this App "

Emailed them about the location issues. I just hope they fix it. I'd like to know what's available at the locations near me in RI before I make my grocery list for the week. Guess I'll find out when I go.
