When you try to upload a photo attachment it just loads forever. In a time where social media is mostly visual, you'd think that'd be the feature that works.
No success at all with this closes regularly without explanation unable to check for updates. Screen is distorted..pity because Hubspot in general is a great marketing tool.
Nice how hubspot tells you how to optimize your site for mobile yet you can't login to their mobile site to do anything. Can't do anything with the app either.
Can't do anything useful with the app. I want to make notes on customer jobs, set reminders, log calls. This is what you should be doing with the app ...
I can't upload photos for social postings on the go. Ekk! This has been an issue since I first downloaded the app last year. 😔
I was able to log in at one time to add contacts and edit slightly now I can't even log in.
Constantly says 'network error' when trying to log in.
The pages won't load, even with good internet connection.
The must helpful thing on it (contacts) thank you
Only functionality is to look at contacts already in hubspot and send emails.
Not working on s6
Needs ability to edit and post blogs.
No training option
Here's what you get. You see the contact. You can email them from the app when it opens your email client, and call. That's it. No graphs, doesn't show you the history or notes on the contact, there's no dashboard, no social, nothing. If you're always going to do your work on a computer, use hubspot. If you're on the go, hubspot is worthless because lack of mobile integration. If you need a powerhouse of mobile integration and are able to take away a feature or two and dont have many employees, go to zoho.
Regardless of what I do and how I do it I am unable to log in. I have no trouble with the desktop version. The mobile version has proven to be worthless.
Great for a quick overview of our marketing dashboard. Images won't load for social media posts. Just need to work out some of the bugs.
Can!t wait to put it to the test!
Is this the CRM apps of Hupsopt? Is it paid or free ? What this apps really do ?
DO NOT USE. Users without Marketing roles will be able to see marketing data. Also Sales users with 'view owned contacts only' will be able to see ALL CONTACTS using this app. Do not use this app if you have any expectation of user permissions and roles properly restricting access to your Hubspot data.
This app crashes more then a blind drunk grandma without a permit on the freeway. Fix it please.
Hard to figure out. VERY expensive unless you have 20k+ in sales a month.
This app good, but there are some features that would be very nice to have or that don't work right. For example, the HubSpot owner on a contact is a number. We obviously prefer a name. Where is the Reports section? Page performance, Keywords, and Competitors would be very nice additions to the app.
Other than looking at the name of your contact the mobile app is pretty much useless.
The app won't let me login it's Ok for calling on the road but would like more functionality
This app is a shell of the marketing side of HubSpot and can only really be used to view a few things. There is virtually no CRM functionality and is a huge disappointment for someone in sales. Salesforce and Base apps are excellent compared to this.
We (speaking as a user) desire a more compelling mobile app experience. The PC experience needs to be put into a mobile app for sales people. Contact Boston Technology Corp for help.
It doesn't show anything else than Grader and Contacts. Where is Dashboard and all the other nice things the online version has ?
Looking for the CRM version of Hubspot for mobile app? Don't bother with this, pointless as so much is missing from browser CRM
Waste of time. Very buggy and unstable. The app has been very disappointing, from the widgets that can't be resized and take up a lot of screen real estate to the frequent crashes and poor alignment to the Web site. Limited content available in the crude widgets. Poor, very poor.
