App worked until 3 weeks ago just fine. Suddenly it can't verify my credentials. Went to bank for an hour observing I can log in from any device but not from App. IT guy says server doesn't see failed attempts, so where are my login attempts going to? Hmmmm. Pointing to obsolete address? Gave up. Will use website instead.
This app seems to have issues all the time and it could be improved.. not sure of a specific solution but I preferred the app used with NMSB. It's too bad Main Street Bank kept all of the MSB programs instead of using some of the NMSB aspects that worked better.
Alot of times when I try to open the app it says server not available. I have to leave the app and reopen it I just deleted it and download it again if I continue to have an issue. Ill just have to go to their website I guess
As a first time user it would have been helpful to have a heads up about the information I'd have to submit so I could have everything ready. Otherwise it was great.
Latest update added virtually all of the features that were previously missing. Bravo! App is now far more useful.
App is riddled with ads, I don't appreciate you shoving advertisements down my throat every time I want to check my balance. Zero stars.
Simple app. Does what it needs to... Mobile check deposit, transfer funds between accounts, list of transactions.
There are no options to register online? Either you have to log in or don't, but can't register. Pathetic. Needs work, thats for sure.

I cant download any apps, it just says downloading and won't let it download. Box just keeps spinning.
It felt a little buggy at first and when setting up, but very happy our local bank has an App.
App should allow multiple check deposits without going through all the steps for each one. After depositing one should ask if I want to deposit another. Other bank do so that.

I hate i have to receive number by text each time i log in. I also have ed phone number each time also. VERY FRUSTRATING.
Zelle is basically not working through the app.
What can I say about Mainstreet Bank you guys are the best always there to help even with this covid-19 it was still possible to go see you to get things done nothing but the best four Main Street Bank thank you guys for everything.
Good. Would be happier if I could see my bills the way you can see on-line, like how you can see the date due.
We have been with this bank for over a decade. They are so great that we continue to do business with them despite the fact that we moved out of state years ago!

It's ok, half the time I have to go to the actual website because when the app comes up it's missing the login portion. Update: bugs seem to have been fixed and it works much smoother now.
