Terrible since this last "update". Used to work great. Since they added the fingerprint option it hasn't worked right. It keeps trying to force me to use the fingerprint option--tho i keep turning it off. I do not have deep fingerprints & in the past ANYTHING using my prints is problematic. So i DO NOT want to do that. Also--since this "update"-- my sceen randomly goes white. You cannot get out. & the only way to fix it is to delete & reinstall the app. I ve done this several times now.
Terrible app might have to take my banking elsewhere because I keep getting locked out of my online banking I am not gonna carry around or trouble myself with knowing my password when I should be able to use fingerprint access which doesn't work. Everytime I open this app it reminds me to use the all new finger print access which I want to but it doesn't work at all. It is almost as if every time I am able to log it's my first time on it. TERRIBLE accessibility 👎
The bank is awesome but the app is absolutely awful. Nothing ever works, feels like I'm constantly having to uninstall and reinstall just to get basic functions to work . It constantly acts like I'm a new customer setting up for the first time.
Terrible app, very convenient when it works. It always crashes, it's slow. It really could use some maintenance and improvement. Will change my review once I see some improvements.
Horrible app can't zelle have to get a new code to use it ever month or so. Can use biometrics to get in. I always have to call the bank to get my updated info. I has been like this for 4 years since I had this account and finally I canceled the account becuz online banking is everything these days but when you can never get into it it's useless.
The APP is super easy to use, like every other app they have their moments when it's down. It's never a big deal, people having issues with the app maybe need to explore it a bit more to understand it better.
App is awful since last update. Have deleted and reinstalled twice already. Works for a week then stops and I get a blank screen when I try to log in. They seriously need to fix this app!!!
When typing in password the keyboard keeps changing causing me to mess up and fail to log in too many times. The thumbprint log in only works a few times before i have to use the password again.
This app is terrible! Every 2 days I have to enroll again. I can only hope that it is as much of an inconvenience to the fraudsters.
The app constantly erases login and fingerprint data making you manually update it every login. They make it such a pain to use
I've had multiple devices, and the log in screen does not work. Latest error is "cpf.service.0014". Love not being able to deposit checks.
The ap worked for a week and now I'm getting a blank screen again when I try to log in. You need to do better with this ap. Customers shouldn't have to delete and set it up again once a week.
I used to love this app but now it won't let me sign in. when I tap the continue area it doesn't do anything. Very frustrating. please fix it ASAP
Still waiting for a better update. Uninstalled the app cause it keeps loading blank pages. Let me know when your working.
This app is terrible, it keeps asking for my phone number to sign in, then says it's already in use. Customer service was no help!
This app needs a serious update. Zelle gets stuck everytime you try to use it. Cash app is best. And that's sad.

The app is WHACK! There's always a problem loading.
App not working since update, just a blank screen. So dumb & I'm very frustrated. This app used to be so convenient & now it's the exact opposite. After uninstalling & reinstalling, also don't appreciate the forced auto-opt in for finger prints. There are other forms of verifying identity, you do not need that information and any pressure to provide it makes me want to close my account. That should be up to the user whether or not they want to use that form of verification.
