Used to work but can't 'handshakes now. Even on reinstall. Has location n whut not. So worthless until l can figure that out.

Trying to charge me extra money for the ride by telling me that I'm far away and was living. Then then driver didn't even come to my address,app said the driver was on the street over from mine which is clearly not my address on the map. Then when I complained to the lady about what was going on she stated that her driver doesn't see good at night. And said that it was to dark for the driver to pick me up when my address is light up. Her driver never even came into my street before driving off.

I got a cab unassigned to call and when I called dispatch they said it was unassigned but MARS app still showed him. Either dispatch didn't unassign or MARS app didn't update to show him unassigned 30 minutes after the fact of his being unassigned.
