I changed my wifi and then reset up all my devices except my 2 marshall standmore speakers. I can add them to wifi but can't connect to them Google home says they need to be activated but the marshall app can't find them. I have unplugged factory reset them several times. I have cleared my cashe. ater 6 hours of trying I am very frustrated. This is not the experience I would have expected from marshall. I figured it out after 10 hrs I guessed at a solution it wasn't mentioned anywhere

Well after all the reviews I'll support the not a dependable product. Intermittent disconnection all the time. Currently can't even connect at all. They should initiate a recall on this product. This is a inferior product 2 big thumbs down!!!!

Getting a Marshall Bluetooth speaker is the worst mistake I have ever made. It constantly refuses to connect, or will start and stop playing music based on actions other people are taking on their phones. It is a nightmare. I hate Bluetooth as is, but Marshall has somehow made it worse.

Where do I start? First of all the MK2 Bluetooth speaker is phenomenal great sound, that cook marshall half stack look.. my only drawback on it is a plug in (no battery) also I'd be cool to be able to plug in a jam stick or your guitar and shred with the music. The app for Control is convenient too. Good job Marshall. Props

The app keeps popping up telling me to connect the earphones even though they're connected. It's very invasive and frustrating because i cannot disable it. Please fix it.

As per Marshall's request... I have a Woburn 2 . I used this app on both Galaxy S10 as well as a iPhone 13. Music is very choppy. I've read the reviews and tried Marshall's Advice on how to fix however at this point is just frustrating because it does not work.😑 Again like I stated in my other review this is a waste of $549.99 plus tax

It doesn't even support some of its devices. It doesn't recognise killburn 2 in the app at all. Kindly fix the problem

pointless ; download app, & connect then use poweramp to play music , total waste of time but essential to use the speaker - morons

3 stars only for sound quality of Emberton not for this app; after reading other reviews of this app glad that this app is not meant for Emberton but Emberton II, but why?

Initially, there was no problem with connecting my headphones with the app. After some time I open the app and it cannot find the headphones. Edit: it reconnected. but why would it disconnect in the first place? there was nothing extraordinary with Bluetooth setting and permissions.

Seems my original review was removed - this app lags competitors in connectivity, ease of use and overall features. Combined with multiple hardware issues I have also had, I would advise looking at alternate audio manufacturers who actually invest time in getting not only the aesthetic right, but the actual user experience too.

I paid a ton of money for two Woburn 2 speakers, and when linked through the app, the linked speaker cuts in and out. I have reinstalled the app, I have reset my phone, I have left the speakers unplugged for a week and tried again. I'm passed because I paid waaay too much money to use the pairing feature and it doesn't even work correctly.

This app is one of the weirdest i have ever seen. It has options to control what is played- very well. Eventually is needed just to connect for the first time. Later not really. I play over Bluetooth some music and the app sometimes doesn't see the speaker :|

Zound Industries International AB, why not give an option to turn of sounds triggered when a bluetooth device connects on or off, the same way you allow to turn off speaker on/off sounds? Woburn II speaker allows two phones to connect at the same time and makes a sound every time any of those phones connects and disconnects. When you walk around the house with your phone in the pocket while the other device is playing music, the speaker will keep beeping every time your phone gets in and out of Bluetooth range interrupting music.

Not up to the standard of the speaker itself. The Equalizer is buggy so I don't touch that, plus it causes the Bluetooth to frequently disconnect. Also, why does it take an age to open even on a 888 phone? A shame because the Marshall speaker I'm using is excellent. EDIT: Stanmore II, 6.1.1.(180926), Android 12, Poweramp, Zenfone 8. Have just installed Android 12, same issues.

TRUST THE REVIEWS, DO NOT USE THIS APP!! Our Woburn II was working fine until we installed the app and it told us to update the firmware. Now there is no sound at all. Even after uninstalling the app, forgetting the bluetooth and factory resetting the speaker multiple times, we still can't get it to work. We've been in touch with customer service, but there appears to be no hope for it. Super bummed out about this.

Very poor app, it couldn't connect with my phone with the speaker for the first. It didn't give me any indications that source button needs to be pressed till light blinks, nothing. After connecting to device it just sent me to my setting where the speaker was not detected anymore. It didn't update firmware as well. P. S. All of the controls don't work too, quite useless app, makes more trouble rather. Not the quality you would expect from Marshall

Can't get it connected to my Emberton despite turning it on and off 5 times. Haven't connected to this day, bought it 3 days ago. I would like a revamp on the app to make it smoother and less troublesome. Edit: I demand an update to this app, it is literally unusable, I tried unpairing paired devices but that doesn't work. Have not connected it to the app once! Unusable.

I have the Motif A.N.C. earbuds. I love the functionality and touch control features. Only that the earbuds show up on other people's phones that I am in close proximity to and asks to complete setup. Also, might be a hardware issue. But wireless charging with the case does not work and these are my second pair of the Motif A.N.C earbuds I've purchased since I've lost a pair which also had the same issues including the wireless charging not working with the case.
