Very clunky app, similar to kohls. The products and deals are awesome just wish it had easier way of navigating around to have a smooth online shopping experience
This app is trash. Dumpster juice. It crashes every time. It burns battery life extremely fast. I hate it. Website is trash also. I'm stuck at the main screen and cant click nothing.
Broken app. Rewards so not show up in the app. When I look online I see them but the app says I have no rewards. When I press upload manually it makes me sign in and the upload manually button is gone. TJX is a scam.
I have not entered truly into the app yet and will leave a better review, but I downloaded the app because I love to shop at the store, affordable prices, great style, and just a serene atmosphere. Staff are even friendly and efficient.
The app has many shortcomings. It does not have the ability to zoom in on merchandise. It"s necessay when you're accessing by phone. It has a weird swipe feature when viewing merchandise. There are only 2 view screens; a front and a back view. If you accidentally swipe right a second time, you'll end up on the menu page and lose your place and browsing filters. So frustrating! Additionally, there are no size charts. If you're a shooper like me, you know that measurements vary by manufacturer.
The app suddenly will not log me in at all. Doesn't say why, it just doesn't log me in or it says that my email or password is wrong even though it is saved in my password manager on my phone. This occurred originally in December after using the app for over a year. I have no problem logging in on my laptop. So I have to print out my rewards since I am unable to access them from the app while in the store. I stopped shopping at Target when this happened with them. When will this be fixed?
I have been having issues with entering my password. I jad to rest numerous times.
This application is useless, better remove it and do not waste our time with this rubbish application.
The app since march doesn't let me login on both marshalls amd tj maxx app, Sierra is worst completly useless.
Very frustrating as I'm not in the US right now and marshalls won't even let me look at their website or app. Just because you don't ship internationally doesn't mean we shouldn't be able to see what you have!!!! Please allow access for all countries.
This app is so useless. All these companies push you to use their app and when you do none of the features work. Every time I try to access my rewards at the store I cannot it always shows $0 balance. But clearly I have quite a few certificates. When I try to pay with the card I get a message that says unexpected error occurred. How many unexpected errors can occur, my goodness. Please just start sending are sending me my certificates online so I can actually use them.
Purchased 2 night stands, the only sent 1 and told me I had to wait 10 (really 11 days before they could refund me. The item is sold out now so I can't even buy another one. Think I will stick to regular Marshall's store because I'm too afraid they won't ship out the items I purchased. Horrible first experience.
I hate leaving negative comments on any developer's hard work, but this (these TJX) app(s) has been around long enough to fix these common issues 99% of users has been experiencing. Since I was taught as a child: "If you have nothing nice to say then say nothing." Don't take my unspoken words for it, feel free to find out the hard way. Such a frustrating experience 😫; a shame really.
App doesn't always run or is super slow but when it does load on some occasions, I'm satisfied with the products and services available. Just needs some works as far as speed and other updates.
Love Marshall's but the app is a pain Took forever to get set up (one chat session and two phone calls to support). Installed and reinstalled 3 times. App simply won't open on my android phone... so frustrated!!!
Horrible beyond belief... Can even login because it says something's wrong but I'm able to log on to a computer. Then the login screen in the app opens up 6 times and I have to keep closing them.
Impossible to link your account. NEVER NEVER NEVER has my rewards balance on it. No matter what I do they don't appear on the app. I've tried both Marshall's and the TJX app.
Horrible. Hold up entire line each time I use it. Embarrassing and don't use my rewards when I would like to, if there is a line. Nothing else to say.
Giving it 3 stars cause I think that the app has potential, but they need to work way more on it. If done right, I think the app can be great for even something as simple as just points.
-0 (minus zero) Installed & uninstalled TODAY! Keeps crashing and i can't seem to log in. Fix it please; LOVE MARSHALS! once completed, I'll change my rating. This APP is utterly ridiculous, useless; for such a high end outlet, DO BETTER! This is so horrible & aggravatingly stressful! I'm convinced that anything above a 2 are Marshalls/TJMax employees.
This app is one of the most frustrating apps I have. Can't make a purchase can't pay a bill. U need to get rid of ur ITT people. This app could have been fixed by now. 2nd time i have written about this problem in Nov.
Have been having so much trouble recently with it showing my rewards! I can login through the regular internet page but it will not let me see my rewards through the app.
I do enjoy using this app when I need to make a TJX cr. crd. payment and see my purchased transactions. When I want use my $10 certificate to the purchase, the app does not show my current/unused $10 certification. I have to go to the official TJX website to get it, instead of the app. It would be appreciated to have that fix, please.
The app gets frozen every time I try to open it. I have to close the the app several times and reopen it several times for it to work if I get lucky.
Never worked this app I tried to use several times and each time that I enter the app never worked was frustrating trying to use it.
Nothing works ! All I can do is look at home page. I try and pick a category, or search for a store all I get is a white screen. If you are going to offer an app you should make sure it actually works.
READ THE REVIEWS, FIX THE APP!!! Bad look for the company. Hire the company that built most of your competitor's apps. Easy fix. I will buy something if I can use the app. Easy win. I see more 1 star reviews on this app. Not very good in these times. Good Luck
Marshall in- store shopping is a breeze so online shopping is gotta be way better, you don't have to wait in long lines which I absolutely hate and prices are low just wish they had a better selection.
Will not, repeat, will not give walk-in points ever. Location is on, and verified everytime I'm in Marshall's, TJ MAXX and Carter's. Three stores I'm always in and never get walk-in points. The only three.
Absolutely miserable. Cannot link my rewards certificates because the app won't let me connect. Thinks I need to verify my email, but won't send me an email so I can verify it. I get emails from Marshall's and TJX Rewards card all the time. They get through, so I know the problem is simply with the app. Too frustrating!
