Marshmallow SD Fix - Root

Marshmallow SD Fix brings back the ability to save files in your external storage (such as microSD card), which has been restricted in Marshmallow and above.
How to use:
* Enable the app to which you want to give SD card access.
* Reboot!
Tested working with
* Titanium Backup
* Advanced Download Manager (ADM)
* UC Browser (& Mini)and a lot more apps which can ask for saving files in external storage.
NOTE: This app can't force an app to use external storage. It allows an app if it requests access to external storage.

It should say 'Needs Xposed framework" in the description here on the play store. Just wasting time otherwise.
This module is working 100% on note 4 and note edge marshmallow.

PRANK APP! YES, YES, IT DOESN'T WORK WITHOUT ROOT!
Didn't work on rooted stock marshmallow (EPJ2 Deodexed) on note 4 with xposed framework (did not show module), it asked for root, granted, restart, no difference, app in question did not have access. Update: changed rom to ovrdrive 2.0.1 with 3.2 update, xposed did show the module repeat process again, still no go. Update 2: Removed the app causing this problem and installed an alternative, so far as I can tell, the app was outdated and this app just wouldn't help it. So far 3 stars because it is having an effect (somewhat) on ES file explorer and Root explorer but Idk... Last update: it does work, it just doesn't work with either old apps that require it or certain apps after tinkering with it for hours.. 5 stars.
Seems hit or miss. Would like more information on exactly how this works. Doesn't seem to help for some apps.
Did not work on Xiaomi MiMax. Stock Marshmallow 6.0.1 helium. I Device is unlocked and rooted. xPosed and BusyBox installed. Tried 5 different apps and 5 reboots.
Whoever is giving a bad review, please document yourself a bit better. It is up to you to use this app appropriately.
Guys have root and busy box support ready. Just don't criticize application, because you don't know how to use one. It's brilliant app. Does the job extremely well.
Like multiple people have said, its a bit hit and miss. For me it worked as stated. And it solved all my SD card problems.
This app isnt working , I'm test with titanium n ES file explorer... Please fix it
It does not work on my rooted Samsung Galaxy Tab S2. UltimateSync still cannot write to my microSD card.
I have root and xposed, and the module is enabled, and it doesn't make any difference. This thing didn't give anything access to the external SD. It just makes you reboot your phone 1500 times with no way to know whether it worked or not.
Didn't work at all for any app I used it for. Waste of time. [Device is new Simbans Presto tablet, not rooted, Marshmallow. Empty external SD card.]
This is weird because I don't have root or xposed and this worked for me on Resurrection Remix Oreo! Cheers

It isn't any use. I have set it up. It did not grant permission to the SD card

This app doesn't wotk
Titanium backup doesnt work with this.
Did not work for me on Samsung SM-G930F with Android 7.0 rooted with SuperSU and Xposed 3.15. Three stars because it seems to work for some users.
